摘要： PURPOSE:To feed articles as much as the preset target weight, by controlling a flow rate in proportion to the power of a deviation between transfer weight and the existing feed weight till the flow rate comes to the value corresponding to the transfer weight. CONSTITUTION:A potentiometer 12 for detecting an turning angle of the existing turning shaft, in its turn, an opening degree of an on-off gate 4, is attached to a turning shaft of a servomotor 10, and a servoamplifier 18 gives a drive signal to the servomotor 10 on the basis of a difference between the output and the opening signal fed out of a control part 16 via a digital-to-analog converter 14, whereby the servomotor 10 controls the on-off gate 4 to the opening degree in proportion to the opening signal. The digital-to-analog converter 14 feeds the on-off gate 4 with the opening signal, and the feed of articles to a metering hopper 20 is started by the opening degree of the on-off gate 4. And, a digital signal out of an analog-to-digital converter 26 is read, and weighing data indicating weight of each article fed to the inside of the metering hopper 20 are calculated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a constant amount supply and accurate weighing of powdery material, by extruding powdery material held in a cylindrical container out of it with an extrusion mechanism as temporary compact to parcel it. CONSTITUTION:Powdery material P held in a cylindrical body 1 is pressed with pistons 2 to form a temporary compact. To form the temporary compact of the powdery material P, a cap 5 is put at the open tip of the cylindrical body 1 and the powdery material P is passed between the pistons 2. Under such a condition, the cap 5 is taken off and a powdery material cutting means 6 provided at the open tip of the cylindrical body 1 is exposed. Then, the pistons 2 are advanced in the direction of the arrow F to extrude the temporary compact of the powdery material P out of the body 1. The powdery material P is made powder by the means 6 and drops into a weighing container 7 therebelow. The weighing container 7 is placed on a weighing means 8 and the pistons 2 are advanced according to the weighing value, thereby enabling the parceling of a fixed amount of the powdery material P.

摘要： A caulking gun for dispensing caulking material from a standard caulk tube. The Gun is fabricated in three basic parts; a trigger assembly, a trigger housing and a barrel cage for holding the tube. The facing portions of the barrel cage and trigger housing is provided with a mating configuration which enables the gun to be easily assembled for use and easily disassembled for storage in a toolbox. A novel drip/no drip feature is provided wherein a cam actuator conveniently positioned on the trigger housing enables an operator to select between no drip operation or drip type operation when caulking material and application requirements warrant such. A thumb release mechanism is provided on the rear of the trigger housing so the operator can release the driving rod for insertion of another tube of caulk when the unit has been placed in the drip position.
