    • This invention relates to a positive displacement pump which allows a liquid additive (such as liquid fertilizer) to be introduced into another liquid stream (such as water) and to be mixed in a constant proportion. One end of the pump can be connected to a faucet and the other end to a typical garden hose or other device. Water enters the pump through a faucet and is redirected (bent) by an upper stator which allows the water to rotate turbine vanes. The turbine is rotatably connected to a cam and the rotation of the cam moves pistons which allows liquid fertilizer to be drawn in from its reservoir. The liquid fertilizer flows through a tube and into one of two pistons. Then, the liquid fertilizer is dispelled through one of the exit tubes through the pumping action of the pistons. The water which was used to turn the turbine then combines with the liquid fertilizer as it comes out of the exit tubes and a water/fertilizer mixture is created.

    • A dual function air pump has a compressor with an inlet connected to a first port and with a first outlet connected to a second port. The air to the compressor is directed by a first tube from the first port, such that a suction effect exists at the first port. The air pumped out of the compressor is directed to the second port by a second tube, such that an exhaust or blowing effect exists at the second port. A pressure gauge is connected by an auxiliary tube to the second tube. The compressor further has a second outlet connected to a control switch assembly by a third tube.

    • An irrigation pump for use in irrigating small fields or supplementing larger irrigation systems can also be used for portable water supply for emergency, military, or for underdeveloped countries. The pump system is designed to be light-weight and semi-portable and can be powered with a small engine or electric motor. The apparatus uses a down well impeller that is driven by a flexible vertical shaft and a vertical shaft motor drive or engine. The pump impeller incorporates its own thrust and journal bearings for the pump shaft. The bearings are water lubricated. The main drive shaft is flexible and elongated and is supported over its entire length with a flexible shaft guide sleeve. The flexible drive shaft is surrounded by a convoluted well pipe so that the drive shaft and the well pipe can be removed from the well casing bore as a unit and then coiled for storage. A flange on the outlet fitting can be used to bolt the entire assembly of engine and outlet fitting to the well head at a well casing flange. That entire assembly of outlet fitting, engine (or motor), well pipe, drive shaft and impeller can be removed as a unit from the well casing by simply unbolting the outlet fitting from the casing.
