Ground wheels 21 rolling along the longitudinal directions of the shear blades are fixed on protrusions 19 attached to the sheet 12 in such a way as to protrude from both sides and/or the rear part of the sheet 12. Thus, the rolling directions of the wheels always coincide with the longitudinal directions of the shear blades, which leads to capability for the easy adjustment of a space between the blades of the shears and a ground plane.
