CONSTITUTION:The cylinder 2 is rotated in the casing 1 with the driving shaft 15. The piston 4 fitted in the slot 3 of the cylinder 2 is reciprocated in the slot 3 by the rotation of the cylinder 2. The motion of the piston 4 is restricted with the fixed eccentric axis 7. The reception of the raw material in the ''A'' chamber is initiated at the time when the raw material supplying hole 11 is connected with the piston slot 3 and the volume of the ''A'' chamber is increased. The volume of the ''A'' chamber decreases by the further rotation of the cylinder 2. The raw material is compressed and transferred toward the outlet hole 12, and discharged through the outlet hole when the ''A'' chamber is connected with the outlet hole 12.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prepare a meat paste product composed of several kinds of raw materials, in one step, by charging the raw materials simultaneously to a molding machine with one charging apparatus. CONSTITUTION:The charging apparatus is composed of a cylinder 2 and a plurality of pistons 4 which are fitted in the respective slots 3 of the cylinder and reciprocate in the slots by the rotation of the cylinder 2. When the piston slot 3 of the cylinder 2 is connected to the supplying hole 11, the volume of the ''A'' chamber increases, and the raw material is sucked into the ''A'' chamber by the negative pressure generated by the increasing volume. The supply of the raw matrial finishes when the ''A'' chamber is disconnected with the supplying hole 11. By the rotation of the cylinder 2, the volume of the ''A'' chamber decreases beyond 45 deg. lower right direction. The raw material in the ''A'' chamber is compressed by the volume decrease of the chamber, and transferred toward the outlet hole 12. When the cylinder is further rotated clockwise, the ''A'' chamber is connected to the outlet hole 12, and the raw material in the ''A'' chamber is discharged through the outlet hole 12 according to the volume decrease of the chamber. When the ''A'' chamber reaches at 45 deg. upper right direction, it is disconnected with the outlet hole 12, and the volume reaches minimum to finish the discharge of the raw material.
