摘要： A hand grip 11 has an arm 11a and a leg 11b. The arm 11a and the leg 11b extend through a door outer panel 10 and are supported by a holder member 13 and a frame member 12 in a freely pivotable manner, respectively. By operating the hand grip 11 in the same direction as when a sliding door is opened, the arm 11a is pivoted relative to the holder member 13 retained at an initial position, so that a full close latch mechanism is unlocked. By operating the hand grip 11 in the same direction as when the sliding door is closed, the leg 11b is pivoted relative to the frame member 12, while the holder member 13 is pivoted relative to the frame member 12 against urging force of a coil spring 15, so that a full open latch mechanism is unlocked.

摘要： An electronic door lock mounts to a door and includes an inner side and an outer side. The electronic door lock is operable to control access to an access controlled area positioned adjacent the inner side of the door. The electronic door lock includes an outer base connected to the outer side of the door, an inner base connected to the inner side of the door, a locking mechanism coupled to the door and movable between a locked position and an unlocked position in response to a control signal, and a control circuit disposed within the inner base and operable to generate the control signal in response to an input credential. An attachment interface is at least partially formed as part of the outer base. Each of a plurality of different types of credential readers is selectively attachable and removable from the attachment interface when the outer base is attached to the door to electrically connect a selected one of the plurality of different types of credential readers to the control circuit to provide the input. A communication module is connected to the control circuit, and the communication module is operable to communicate with a device that is separate from the electronic door lock.

The multi-function tang is configured for rotation along a rotational path, the rotation being limited by the rotational stop. The lock retention feature is positioned to engage the retention slot when the spindle guide is in the locked position to thereby retain it in the locked position.

摘要： A lever handle return spring assembly for a cylindrical lock mounted in a bored opening in a door includes support plates on opposite sides of the door. The support plates include cylindrically depressed inner regions that extend partially into the bored opening in the door to accommodate return springs and reduce the visual thickness of the return spring assembly. Spring housings containing compression springs turn within the support plate inner regions and are held in place by cover plates. The support plate, cover plate, spring housing and springs on each side of the door form complete assemblies that are attached to the door via through-bolts. At least one of the support plates preferably includes lock tabs that connect to the cylindrical lock to prevent rotation of the cylindrical lock relative to the door. The support plate and cover plate are designed for strength when stamped from a flat sheet.

摘要： A door latch lever handle fitting is provided with a retaining member (26) which is pushed onto a shank (14) of a lever handle (12). The member (26) has tongues (38) which engage flats (16) and tongues (32) which engage in groove portions (40) to grip the shank (14). In other embodiments no groove portions are provided and different retaining members are provided with modified gripping tongue arrangements. The member (26) is stressed to give axial thrust to take up any residual play in the assembly. Ears (50) are engageable with abutment lug (52) so that the door handle (12) may be turned through a predetermined angle.
