    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size and weight of a solenoid valve with a check valve used for a pneumatic massaging device. SOLUTION: When a voltage is applied to a solenoid 14, a plunger 16 is moved toward a second end wall 22 so that an annular valve seat engaging portion 64 of a second valve element 48 is thrust against a valve seat around a fluid outlet 26 while being elastically deformed to close the fluid outlet 26 and a valve retaining member 46 is moved apart from a first valve element 52. In this case, the first valve element 52 functions as the check valve for making fluid to flow therein when pressure outside a fluid inlet 24 is high, and for making the fluid not to flow in and out when inside pressure is high. On the other hand, when the voltage is not applied on the solenoid 14, the plunger 16 is energized toward the fluid inlet by a compression spring 60. By this, the valve retaining member 46 pushes the first valve element 52 against the valve seat around the fluid inlet 24 to close the fluid inlet 24.
