    • PURPOSE: An organic light-emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to alleviate the physical impact applied from the outside by absorbing the physical impact through a filling material. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an organic light-emitting device comprises the following steps of: forming a plurality of spacers and an organic light-emitting layer(200) on a substrate(100) so as to be separated from each other; injecting the substrate into a chamber of the vacuum condition; filling a filling material so as to coat the organic light-emitting layer and hardening it; and applying a sealant to areas in which the filling material is not filled among spaces between the spacers. A sealing unit is arranged on the spacers, sealant and filling material. The sealant(400) is hardened and sealed.
