    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch for a key board making key arrangement other than linear arrangement possible, having sealed structure, high operation feeling, and releasing variation of inner spaces in operation to the inside of the switch.
      SOLUTION: The switch for the keyboard comprises a membrane sheet 12 in which an expansion member 16 having a moving electrode 22 and a fixed electrode 18 are installed on a upper surface and a passed through ventilation hole 23 is installed in the vicinity of the fixed electrode; a fixed electrode support 13 and an expansion member support 14 installed on the lower surface of the membrane sheet; and a base plate 11 installed on the opposite side to the membrane sheet through the both supports, and the expansion member 16 is installed so as to cover the fixed electrode and the ventilation hole 23 near the fixed electrode, a space communicating with the ventilation hole is constituted with the membrane sheet and the base plate, and a space 29(A) formed with the expansion member and the membrane sheet and a space 21(B) formed with the membrane sheet, the base plate, and the supports are communicated with each other through the ventilation hole.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a contact failure due to foreign substances, by making the foreign substances in an air collecting chamber hard to be sucked into a contact chamber.SOLUTION: A switch device includes a substrate having a fixed contact, and a rubber sheet 13. The rubber sheet 13 has a contact dome portion 19, a moving contact 20, a first recessed portion 21, a second recessed portion 22, a guiding groove 23, a reverse stopping portion 24, and a ventilation groove 25. A contact chamber 26, an air collecting chamber 27, a foreign substance collecting chamber 28, a guiding passage 29, and a ventilation passage 30 are formed between the rubber sheet 13 and the substrate. The guiding passage 29 communicates the air collecting chamber 27 and the foreign substance collecting chamber 28. The ventilation passage 30 communicates the contact dome portion 19 and the guiding passage 29. The moving contact 20 contacts/separates to/from the fixed contact with the elastic deformation of the contact dome portion 19. At that time, the contact chamber 26 breathes, and the foreign substances sucked from the air collecting chamber 27 to the guiding passage 29 are guided by the guiding passage 29 so as to enter the foreign substance collecting chamber 28, and a backflow is prevented by the reverse stopping portion 24.
