Command data corresponding to the determined kind of the IC card is generated, the generated command data including a function code corresponding to the kind of the IC card and an item of issue information of the plurality of items of stored issue information, and the command data being formed into a format corresponding to the kind of the IC card. The command and data having a converted format prepared by a selected processing method is transmitted to the IC card.

The CPU 24 of the IC card reader-writer 16 controls power supply in such a manner that power is supplied to the IC card 22 only when access to the IC card 22 is necessary and stopped when access to the IC card 22 is unnecessary.

摘要： A system includes a database, a sensor, and a hardware processor communicatively coupled to the sensor. The database stores an identifier assigned to a mobile device. The presence of the identifier in the database indicates that a user of the mobile device is associated with a security breach. The mobile device is configured to transmit the identifier over a wireless network. The sensor has a range and is configured to obtain the identifier transmitted by the mobile device when the mobile device is located within the range. The hardware processor receives the identifier from the sensor. The processor also determines that the identifier is stored in the database. In response to determining that the identifier is stored in the database, the processor initiates a security protocol.

The system may include one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to receive transaction data associated with a transaction request received from a mobile device associated with a customer. The transaction data may include a customer identifier. Additionally, the instructions may cause the processor to receive authentication data associated with the customer. The authentication data may be provided by the customer operating the mobile device and without requiring the customer to input data directly at the local financial service provider device. The one or more processors may further determine whether the received authentication data authenticates the transaction, authorize the transaction, and provide an indication to the local financial service provider device to perform the transaction.

The system enables linking at least one acquirer network operating a closed network to at least one operator by a central server. The central server is configurable to communicate with at least a subset of the one or more terminals, and also with the operator, and to establish one or more serve; communication links between the operator and the one or more terminals. The central server acts as a trusted intermediary between the acquirer network and the operator for enabling the operator to communicate with the one or more terminals via the closed acquirer network.
