    • A monitoring and control system having a power input, a power output and a switching unit electrically connected between the power input and the power output. The switching unit has a default on position in which a current path is provided from the power input to the power output and an off position in which no current path is provided. The system includes a power consumption detector configured to detect consumption of power from the power output. In use a timing unit records the time over which the power consumption detector detects power as being consumed from the power output. If a predetermined period of time passes and power is still being consumed a controller switches the switching unit from the default on position to the off position, thereby stopping the flow of current from the power input to the power output.

    • PURPOSE: A wireless automatic water-level control apparatus for a water tank is provided to accurately control the operation of a pump located in a deep well through combined application of high and low water levels based on an angle sensor. CONSTITUTION: A wireless automatic water-level control apparatus for a water tank comprises a deep well(110), a water pipe(120), a water tank(130), a pressure sensor(140), an angle sensor(150), and a water level control unit(160). The deep well comprising a pump is installed to collect subsurface water. The water pipe is connected to the deep well on the inlet to deliver the collected subsurface water and equipped with a check valve(121) for preventing the backflow of the subsurface water. The water tank receives the outlet of the water pipe and stores the subsurface water transferred. The pressure sensor is arranged between the check valve and the outlet of the water pipeline. The angle sensor is arranged in the outlet of the water pipe and connected to a ball tap(151) to detect the angle corresponding to the water level at which the ball top is located. The water level control unit controls the operation of the pump and displays the pressure detected by the pressure sensor or the amount of water stored in the water tank.

The float bar has a float(62) rotated depending on a water level change. The ratchet release units are integrally attached on both sides of the float bar and release the setting of the ratchets.
