    • A method for dredging and discharging soil sludge of a sewage box is provided to easily treat sludge and waste from the sewage box by using a bucket turning dredging machine and a cart, and to prevent sewage from flowing backward by restricting the sewage box from being blocked and actively discharging rainwater. A bucket turning dredging machine and a cart are put into a sewage box(S001), and sludge and waste are dredged and collected by using a bucket(S002). The bucket connected to a pinion gear is turned backward(S003), and sludge and waste are collected in the cart by turning the bucket back and forth(S004). The bucket returns forward with a rack gear and the pinion gear in gathering waste and sludge in the sewage box(S005). Waste and sludge are compressed by operating a hydraulic cylinder(S006), and water is drained from sludge and waste through drain holes of the cart(S007). The cart is moved into a manhole of the sewage box or a dump car(S008), and stopped by contacting a hydraulic jack to the ground with a control unit(S009).
