摘要： Disclosed is a waterproofing membrane that comprises a carrier sheet, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of the carrier sheet, and a protective coating layer on the adhesive layer. The protective coating layer comprises a highly reflective protective coating layer operative to bond to concrete cast against it, particularly one that is produced from an aqueous coating comprising an acrylic emulsion, a filler, and a white pigment. The pigment volume concentration of the filler plus white pigment is greater than or equal to 55% by volume. The protective coating layer protects the membrane against weather exposure, tolerates foot traffic and strongly adheres to concrete cast against it. Also disclosed is a waterproofing membrane comprising a carrier sheet, a pressure sensitive adhesive layer, a protective coating layer, and a highly releasable bonding layer. The preferred highly releasable bonding layer comprises nanoscale silica and a binder.

摘要： The invention relates to an adhesive composition that can be cross-linked by heating, said composition comprising between 20 and 85 % of a polyurethane comprising 2 terminal groups of the hydrolysable alkoxysilane type of formula (I) : wherein: R1 is a hydrocarbonated radical comprising between 5 and 15 carbon atoms; R2 is an alkylene radical comprising between 1 and 4 carbon atoms; R3 is an akylene radical comprising between 1 and 3 carbon atoms; R4 and R5 are each an alkyl radical comprising between 1 and 4 carbon atoms; n is a whole number such that the average molar mass of the polyether block of formula -[OR2]n- is between 300 Da and 30 kDa; m is a whole number such that the average molar mass of the polymer of formula (I) is between 600 Da and 60 kDa; and p is a whole number equal to 0, 1 or 2. The composition also comprises between 15 and 80 % of a compatible tackifying resin; and between 0.01 and 3 % of a cross-linking catalyst. The invention also relates to a self-adhesive carrier coated with the cross-linked adhesive composition.

The release liners of the present invention offer release to a wide variety of materials without the application of release agents, have relatively high heat distortion temperatures, and are unaffected by radiation sources used to cure most polymeric compositions. The release liners of the present invention can be microreplicated with a pattern which can be transferred to coatings and other impressionable materials to impart physical or optical properties. Thus, a method of producing a patterned article is also provided, as is a method of producing a solid object from a curable composition.

Adhesive composition crosslinked by heating, comprises a polyurethane (20-85%) comprising two hydrolysable alkoxysilane type terminal groups, of formula ((R 5>O) 3-p(R 4>) pSi-R 3>-NH-C(=O)-(OR 2>) n-(O-C(=O)-NH-R 1>-NH-C(=O)-(OR 2>) n) m-O-C(=O)-NH-R 3>-Si(R 4>) p(OR 5>) 3-p) (I), a compatible tackifying resin (15-80%) having an average molar mass of 200 Da-5 kDa, where the resin is obtained by: polymerizing terpene hydrocarbons in the presence of Friedel-Crafts catalyst and the reaction with phenols; and polymerizing alpha-methyl styrene and optionally reaction with phenols, and a crosslinking catalyst (0.01-3%). This release film 1 yields tensile storage moduli E' of 1.0×10-5.0×10Pa at 120°C and 1.0×10-1.0×10Pa at 170°C as measured in compliance with the test method stipulated by JIS K 7244 under the following conditions: specimen length: 40 mm; width: 4 mm; specimen length between clamps: 20 mm; measurement initiation temperature: 25°C; measurement completion temperature: 250°C; temperature elevation rate: 5°C/min; and measurement frequency: 1 Hz.
