摘要： Molded products with improved rigidity and a manufacturing method in which hollow moldings formed from highly heat-resistant functional resin are filled with highly heat-resistant expandable thermoplastic resin particles which are then expanded and fused are provided.
The invention is characterized by a manufacturing method for foam-reinforced molded products wherein a tubular body for introducing steam is inserted in a hollow molding of highly heat-resistant resin, the molding is packed with highly heat-resistant expandable thermoplastic resin particles and fitted in a jig with an internal structure corresponding to the mold cavity, and large amounts of steam are introduced through the tubular body, thereby expanding and fusing the expandable thermoplastic resin particles packed in the molding. The invention is also characterized by molded products obtained by this manufacturing method in which the expandable thermoplastic resin particles are expanded and fused until they contact the inner walls of the hollow molding.

摘要： PURPOSE: A foam resin molding apparatus is provided to facilitate a work for separation and extraction of a pin from a mold in one space by properly adopting a sliding insertion/extraction type core pin. CONSTITUTION: A foam resin molding apparatus includes a movable mold (2), a fixed mold (1), and a bead battery charger (4). The movable mold and the fixed mold forms a cavity (3) for molding a product in the center when the molds are combined. A concavo-convex molding surface for molding a combining projection of a shock-absorbing package material is formed on both sides of the inside molding surface of the fixed mold. The fixed mold includes a bottom mold (10) and a side mold (12) which is configured to be separated from each other or combined to each other. A steam pipe (7) and a cooling water pipe are installed inside the movable mold and the fixed mold. The steam pipe and the cooling water pipe apply heat or cools a molding material which is filled up inside a cavity. The bead battery charger fills up the cavity with the foamed molding material.
