Mit einem Vorraum 30 ist eine Druckentlastungs-Einrichtung 32, 34 unmittelbar strömungsverbunden, z.B. eine zur Nadel-Längsrichtung L in einem Winkel W verlaufende Abzweigbohrung 32 an einem Führungsstück 40, wahlweise oder zusätzlich in Form einer sternförmigen Gruppe von Bohrungen 32, 34 am Umfang des Materialrohrs 14 und/oder Führungsstücks 40, das auch zwei höhenversetzte Querbohrungen 32, 34 aufweisen kann. Die Verschlußnadel 20 ist in den Dichtungssitz 26 vorzentriert einführbar, wobei eine Verjüngung oder Schulter 36 am unteren Nadel-Abschnitt 22 selbstzentrierend in das gegengleich gestaltete Innenprofil 42 des Führungsstücks 40 eintritt. Der Schaft der Nadel 20 wird in der oberen Führung 38 vorzentriert. Ein dünner Schaftteil 44 kann in der unteren Führung 28 mit enger Passung gleiten.

    • PURPOSE: A hot runner valve system is provided to uniformly form a synthetic resin supplying part of a laminated plastic article by fabricating the laminated plastic article using the hot runner valve system. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve pin(4) is moved down such that a lower end of a sleeve pin(4) matches with a lower end of a valve gate(8) and a lateral gate(5) matches with a perforation hole(6) of the sleeve pin(4). Then, a needle pin(2) is moved up. After that, molten synthetic resin is injected into a mold through the lateral gate(5) such that synthetic resin is filled in a gap formed between a lower end of the sleeve pin(4) and the mold. Then, the sleeve pin(4) is moved down to the position of the gap. Simultaneously, the needle pin(2) is also moved down, so that excessive synthetic resin is moved backward towards the lateral gate(5), thereby uniformly forming an upper surface of the laminated plastic article.
