    • PURPOSE: Self radiation-emitting nano particles for radiation-based therapies are provided to minimize the influence of irradiation with respect to normal cells except cancer cells by including a recognition part which is specified to specific cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A recognition part(100) which is specified to specific cancer cells is combined on the surface of a main body(200). Self radiation-emitting isotope(330), a fluorescent material(310), and magnetic material(320) are arranged in the main body. The main body is composed of a nontoxic inorganic material or organic material. The recognition part is composed of one or more selected from an antibody(110), protein(120), a DNA aptamer, and an RNA aptamer(130).
    • 目的:提供用于放射治疗的自发射辐射纳米颗粒,通过包括特定癌细胞特定的识别部分,最大限度地减少辐射对癌细胞以外的正常细胞的影响。 构成:将特定癌细胞指定的识别部(100)组合在主体(200)的表面上。 自发射发射同位素(330),荧光材料(310)和磁性材料(320)被布置在主体中。 主体由无毒无机材料或有机材料组成。 识别部分由选自抗体(110),蛋白质(120),DNA适配体和RNA适体体(130)中的一种或多种组成。
