    • A data storage device assembly includes a plurality of data storage devices with at least one locking hole defined therein, a first bracket and a second bracket for receiving the data storage device, a sliding board slidably attached to sidewalls of the first bracket and the second bracket, and a rotating member. At least one locking portion is formed on the sidewall thereof, and each locking portion has a pin thereon for engaging in the locking hole of the data storage devices. The sliding board has at least one block for driving the locking portion. The block drives the locking portion to urge the pin of the locking portion to disengage from the locking hole of the data storage devices when the sliding board is moved in a first direction.

    • A mounting apparatus for a power supply (10) includes a chassis (20), a plurality of sliding members (11) adapted to attach to the power supply and a fastener member (30) pivotably secured on the chassis. The chassis includes a support panel (27) and a rear panel (21) with a plurality of apertures (23) defined therein. The fastener member comprises a clasp (352). The power supply is put on the support panel with the plurality of sliding members engaged in the plurality of apertures of the rear panel, the fastener member is rotated with the clasp of the fastener member engaging with the rear panel, the fastener member is fastened on the rear panel to restrict vertical movement of the power supply.

    • A device retention mechanism includes a computer chassis (10) having a side panel (12) and a rear panel (14), and a retention member (30) rotatably attached to the side panel. The side and rear panels cooperatively preliminarily attaches a power supply (50) inside the computer chassis. The retention member is rotated about a pivot piece (351) in a direction to urge the power supply toward the rear panel. An engagement point between the power supply and the retention member is below the pivot piece, and the power supply exerts a torque to the retention member in the direction such that the retention member is held in place. The power supply is thus secured inside the computer chassis.

    • A motherboard mounting apparatus (10) includes a chassis (50) having a bottom panel (51), a support plate (40) attached to a solder side of a motherboard (60), and a clip (30) mounted to the support plate for fastening the support plate to the bottom panel. The bottom panel defines a plurality of catch slots (52) each having a locking portion (524), and forms two blocks (54). The support plate includes a plurality of catches (44) engaging in the locking portions respectively. An opening (46) is defined in the support plate. The clip includes two recessed portions (34) disposed below the opening. When the support plate is slid forwardly, the recessed portions snappingly engage with the blocks respectively, so that the catches are retained in the locking portions. The support plate is securely attached to the bottom panel. The motherboard is thus securely mounted to the chassis.
