    • The present invention proposes a circuit for converting DC into AC pulsed voltage. The circuit comprises two controllable semiconductor switches. By controlling the opening and closing of the semiconductor switches, the circuit can operate in different modes, i.e. high input voltage mode and low input voltage mode. The circuit for converting DC into AC pulsed voltage, proposed in the present invention, is suitable for a wide input voltage range. When the circuit is used as the driver circuit of a DBD lamp, the DBD lamp can still operate normally by switching to low-voltage DC supply in case of an AC supply failure, and the DBD lamp has a higher luminous efficiency.

    • The disclosed is a piezoelectric phase shifter, which comprises: an input part for inputting input voltages; an output part for outputting output voltages; and a control part for tuning phase difference between the output and input voltages, which are made of a piezoelectric ceramic plate. Further, the input, output and control parts are separated by insulating gaps respectively.     • A RSVP node apparatus and interaction method thereof are provided. The method includes transmitting a first message to a neighboring node of a RSVP-based first node when the RSVP-based first node disables the RSVP HELLO mechanism. When the neighboring node receives the message, it sets a sign indicating that the first node has disabled the RSVP HELLO mechanism and maintains the LSP passing through the first node, according to the disabled status of the RSVP HELLO mechanism of the first node. Prior to transmitting the first message, the first node queries if the neighboring node has enabled the RSVP HELLO mechanism, and transmits the first message only to neighboring node which enables the RSVP HELLO mechanism.
