    • PURPOSE:To achieve collective magnetization to provide a high surface magnetic field in a short time and enable durability of a magnetizer to be improved by performing electromagnetic induction heating of a rare earth alloy magnet and then magnetizing it while a coercive force (iHc) is in a specific state. CONSTITUTION:After mixing an Nd-Fe-B rapid-cooling thin-band ground magnetic powder, epoxy resin which is in liquid at room temperature, and a curing agent, they are subjected to compression molding and are heated, and the epoxy resin is cured, thus obtaining plastic magnetic ring. A 6-turn ring-shaped coil is used for high-frequency induction heating, heating is made for a specified amount of time, and then immediately magnetization is made below 9kOe using a commercial magnetizer. The commercial magnetizer is in general an outer- periphery collective magnetizer which is produced by manufactures of electromagnetic equipment and consists of an air core 3 at a part where a magnetization yoke 1, a coil 2, and a body to be magnetized are set. The iHc of the body to be magnetized is small, namely below 9kOe, thus achieving full magnetization even if magnetizing magnetic field is small.

    • PURPOSE:To have sufficient sensitivity against microscopic displacement by a small number of winding, and to reduce the inductance of a winding by a method wherein a thin soft magnetic film is formed on the surface of a movable part, two sets of coils are wound on both surfaces of a substrate respectively, a set of coils are wound in the same direction and connected in series, and the other set of coil are wound in different direction and connected in series. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped notch part and through holes 6a, 6b, 6c and 6d are provided on the surface of a substrate 1. Primary windings 2a and 2b, and secondary windings 3a and 3b are formed respectively on both sides of the substrate 1 by etching the adhered copper foil. The primary windings 2a and 2b on both surfaces are connected in such a manner that they are wound in the same direction through the intermediary of through holes 6a and 6b. the secondary windings 3a and 3b are connected in such a manner that they are wound in reverse direction through the intermediary of through holes 6c and 6d. Besides, a thin soft magnetic film 4 is formed on the inside of a notched part 5 using a sputtering method.

    • PURPOSE:To electrically easily vary permeability by forming a structure in which a conductor layer, an oxide soft magnetic layer, a solid electrolyte layer having conductivity due to oxygen ions and a porous conductor layer are sequentially laminated. CONSTITUTION:A conductor layer, an oxide magnetic layer, a solid electrolyte layer having conductivity due to oxygen ions and a porous conductor layer are sequentially laminated. A current is conducted between the conductor layer and the porous layer to inject or discharge the ions from the solid layer to the soft layer. The ion concentration of the soft layer is varied by the integrated value of the current to control its permeability. The electrolyte having the conductivity by the ions desirably includes, for example, zirconia compound, etc., represented by AxZr1-xOz-x (A: one or two types of Ca, Y, Yb, Gd, Nd, and Sc). The soft magnetic material desirably includes ferrite, etc., represented by MFezO4 (M: one or more types of Mg, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu and Zn).

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a large inductance with high efficiency by a method wherein a magnetic layer sandwiched by insulating layers and a conductor layer constituting a coil which reciprocates on the upper side and the lower side of the insulating layers and goes round the magnetic layer are provided, and the upper surface of the insulating layer in contact with the lower surface of the magnetic layer is made flat, which magnetic layer is formed in a flat plate type. CONSTITUTION:A closed magnetic path, which has an aperture at the center of the surface of a substrate 1 composed of insulating material and circulates in a plane parallel to the substrate surface, is constituted. A first insulating layer 3 and a second insulating layer 5 sandwich the lower surface and the upper surface of a magnetic layer 4. A conducting layer is formed so as to alternately pass the upper side and the lower side of the insulating layers from one end of the magnetic layer 4 to the other end thereof through the central aperture part. That is, a first conducting layer 2 and a second conducting layer 6 are arranged. In particular, the upper surface of the first insulating layer 3 is flattened, and the magnetic layer 4 thereon is formed in a plane type. Thereby, the magnetic layer 4 is not bent, so that effective permeability is increased and large inductance can be obtained with high efficiency.
