摘要： Disclosed is an absorbent article having a skin facing side, a garment facing side, a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis, a pair of longitudinally extending side edges, and a pair of transversely extending end edges, the absorbent article comprising an absorbent body comprising: 1) a core chassis and 2) a leg gasketing system made by a pair of water impermeable cuff material disposed laterally outside and wrapping the pair of sides edges of the core chassis, the leg gasketing system comprising; 2a) a pair of wearer facing cuff regions formed by inwardly extending the cuff material over the wearer facing side of the core chassis, each wearer facing cuff region comprising a longitudinally extending inner cuff sealing and a longitudinally extending inner cuff free edge positioned inward from the inner cuff sealing, wherein the inner cuff sealing bonds the cuff material and the topsheet, and an inner cuff elastic element is disposed adjacent the inner cuff free edge; 2b) a pair of garment facing cuff regions formed by inwardly extending the cuff material over the garment facing side of the core chassis, and 2c) a pair of outer cuff elastic elements disposed on the wearer facing cuff regions or the garment facing cuff regions, each outer cuff elastic element superposing the core side regions and disposed outward from the inner cuff sealings.

The elastic laminate has a total caliper when subjected to the NMR MOUSE method as defined herein, the total caliper having a first 200 μm sub-caliper corresponding to 200 μm of the total caliper starting from the skin-facing outer surface and extending towards the garment-facing outer surface, and a last 200 μm sub-caliper corresponding to 200 μm of the total caliper starting from the garment-facing outer surface and extending towards the skin-facing outer surface. The elastic laminate has a %Liquid Ratio in the first 200 micron sub-caliper to total caliper of less than 20 %after 1 minute according to the NMR MOUSE method.

The outer sheet (92) has a material caliper of at least about 0.25mm at 500pa. The absorbent article (20) further comprises a topsheet, a backsheet (60), and an absorbent core (62) disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet (60). The absorbent core (62) exists through the entire longitudinal dimension of the crotch region (30) and extends at least partly in the back elastic belt region (86). The back elastic belt region (86) has a maximum caliper MaxBC and a minimum caliper MinBC according to the measurements herein, wherein the MaxBC and the MinBC is no greater than about 5mm.
