      SOLUTION: A primary piston 303a is displaced by a piezoactuator 303, and the displacement of the primary piston is transmitted to a secondary piston 300a via oil in an oil pressure chamber 301, so that the displacement of the primary piston is amplified to be transmitted to the secondary piston, and the secondary piston actuates a control valve 300 to inject fuel. When the oil quantity leaked from the oil pressure chamber after completing the injection fills the oil pressure chamber via a check valve which allows only a flow of the fuel heading from a low pressure fuel passage 213 to the oil pressure chamber, it is so set that an opening valve differential pressure of the check valve becomes larger as the displacement of the secondary piston becomes larger, so as to prevent the excessive filling of oil of the oil pressure chamber.
