    • PURPOSE:To simplify an accessory control circuit by composing a plurality of high speed switches which open or close the output current of a rectifier of a vacuum tube and a gate turn-OFF thyristor (GTO), thereby reducing a device withstand voltage. CONSTITUTION:A basic circuit which has rectifiers 1, 7, and high speed switches 10, 14 is connected in two-stage cascade, and a DC power source for a neutral particle incident device for generator two type of DC voltages of different amplitudes. In this case, the one high speed switch 10 of the basic circuit is composed of a tetrode vacuum tube, and the other switch 13 is composed of a GTO. Thus, the DC voltage generated from the rectifier 1 is controlled to be switched by the GTO13, and superposed on a DC voltage generated by the rectifier 7. Further, the superposed voltage is controlled to be switched by the tetrode tube 10, and controlled to be fed back by a DC voltage divider 14, and held at the constant voltage. The output voltage is divided by resistors 15, 16, and output from the DC output terminals P1, P2.
