    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interrupt the speech of a user for emergency reception the and to preferentially give emergency information to a central monitoring device by cutting the telephone set of the user from a public line though a line is being used by the user and allowing and exchange to recognize the finish of the speech. SOLUTION: In the case when the telephone set 6 of the user is being used, an off hook detection part 10 detects off hook, a calling priority controlling part 16 cuts of the telephone set by a telephone set switching part 11 and makes the loop of the public line 3 into an open state by an opening control part 14 in a network control part 12. Then, the part 16 maintains this loop in the open state for a period allowing an exchange 4 to recognize a speech finishing signal and sends the speech finishing signal. The exchange 4 executes the cutting process of the speech of the user at the time of recognizing this speech finishing signal. Then after the line terminal equipment sends a calling signal and the exchange 4 recognizes this, the central monitoring device 5 is called by dialing to a dialing part 15 based on transmitting destination telephone number information obtained by the reception of a starting message.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a communication with plural data terminal equipments through one public lines and by one line terminal equipment by providing a transmission part transmitting a starting telegraphic message consisting of fixed characters and a transmission part capable of transmitting a starting telegraphic message consisting of characters different from the starting telegraphic message. SOLUTION: The line terminal equipment is provided with the fixed starting telegraphic message transmitting part 16 transmitting the starting telegraphic message consisting of the fixed characters and the designated starting telegraphic message transmitting part 17 capable of transmitting the starting telegraphic message consisting of the characters different from the starting telegraphic message. In a case of judging that a received telegraphic message requests transmitting characters designated from a central monitoring device 5 as the starting telegraphic message as the result of analyzing by a telegraphic message analyzing part 15, the part 17 transmits the designated characters as the starting telegraphic message. Then, the line terminal equipment 20 can singularize a terminal for connecting the data terminal equipments and at the time of connecting the plural data terminal equipments 2, 18 and 19 onto a bus by this terminal, it is possible to communicate with the device 5 through a single public line 3 and by the single equipment 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burden of a battery and a driving circuit by arranging cutoff valves of a specified pieces or more on the way of gas flow passage in parallel, and constituting the gas cutoff valve by a solenoid valve so as to select opening or closing of valve hole part with a valve element by changing the way of a current applying method. SOLUTION: In a device in which a gas cutout gear is mounted on a gas meter 11, a gas flow passage 1 is formed in a casing of a gas meter 11, and a meter part 8 and gas cutoff valves 2 (2a, 2b) are arranged on the way of the gas flow passage 1. Namely, two or more gas cutoff valves are arranged on the way of the gas flow passage 1 in parallel, each gas cutoff valve 2 consists of a solenoid valve, and is provided with a movable iron rod part which is slidably inserted into a coil part 9, a valve element 3 arranged on the front end part of the movable iron rod part, a coil spring 12 for applying spring force on the valve element 3, and the like. In a normal condition, a plurality of valve hole parts 4 of the gas cutoff valve 2 are opened, and the gas flow passage 1 is fully enlarged in the cutoff valve 2 part, and low pressure loss is obtained.
