A core 20 is provided with a fresh air treatment air-conditioner 21 for the clean room 2 and a chemical-removing device 22 for removing an impurity in the clean room 2. Then, an outlet 23 of the fresh air treatment air-conditioner 21, and an inlet 24 and an outlet 25 of the chemical-removing device 22 are formed at a merging region 50 of a shaft 7 for circulating clean air and the chamber 4.

Accordingly, since the support frame 20 supports the flexible pipeline 22 not at a point but at the surface, force to be exerted on the support portion of the flexible pipeline 22 is not concentrated, thereby preventing breakage. Moreover, the plurality of support arms 16 are fixed to the struts 12 so that the flexible pipelines 22 can be laid in a multiple layer manner.

Thereby the altitude works started with the transfer and continued to anchoring and hanging of the ceiling apparatus can be performed smoothly with no interruptions without requiring the position change of the vehicle body 14, which leads to enhancement of the working effectiveness.

Thereby the sectioned room is made shallower, mounting area is reduced, the shorter branch cables are distributed, and the reliability improves.
