摘要： Provided are a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display apparatus, a surface treatment device for an organic light emitting display apparatus, and an organic light emitting display apparatus. To easily form organic emissive layers, the method includes: forming a first electrode on a substrate; forming on the first electrode a pixel defining layer having openings that expose predetermined portions of the first electrode; forming a charge carrying layer on the pixel defining layer and the first electrode exposed through the openings; hydrophobically treating portions of a surface of the charge carrying layer selectively, wherein the portions do not correspond to the openings, using a laser; forming organic emissive layers on the charge carrying layer; and forming a second electrode on the organic emissive layers so as to be electrically connected with the organic emissive layers.

摘要： To minimize stress variations applied to mother glasses when a glass sealing material is melted via a laser to combine the mother glasses, a method of manufacturing a flat panel display device includes providing a plurality of emission units between a first substrate and a second substrate, wherein the first substrates faces the second substrate and each emission unit forms a unit display device; providing a plurality of walls between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein each wall respectively surrounds one of the emission units; irradiating a laser beam onto the walls, wherein the laser beam is simultaneously irradiated to wall portions aligned in a row in a first direction; scanning the laser beam in a second direction, wherein the second direction is different from the first direction to irradiate other wall portions of the plurality of walls; and cutting the first and second substrates to obtain individual display devices.

The hybrid V-MIMO transmission method includes obtaining one or more pieces of node information of one or more nodes by transmitting an information request message to the nodes in response to a transmission request message for data transmission from the source node to the destination node; setting a shortest path (SP) from the source node to the destination node based on the obtained node information; determining transmission schemes individually for nodes present on the SP; issuing a transmission preparation request by transmitting the determined transmission schemes to the respective corresponding nodes; and transmitting a transmission start message to the source node in response to transmission ready responses from the respective nodes.

When the optical member of the present invention is applied to a backlight unit, the patterned portion, which diffuses the light from the light source, is formed in the area corresponding to the light source so as to effectively diffuse the light from the light source into the peripheral area. Also, the optical member and a diffusion plate are stacked via an air layer in the area corresponding to the light source (the area in which the patterned portion is disposed), and the optical member and the diffusion plate closely contact each other without an air layer in the remaining area, such that the intensity of the light transmitted between a light source portion and the peripheral portion may be adjusted with an improvement in the balance of brightness and uniformity.
