摘要： A storage medium for a game relating to the present invention contains: (1) a game program for calling up drawing functions for prescribed scenes in accordance with the progress of the game; (2) animation data including sprite data forming two-dimensional still images, and motion data capable of generating animations by causing the sprites to change with each frame; and (3) a drawing program for generating rendering data (drawing commands) positions, colours, texture co-ordinates, and the like, for each sprite in a frame (display screen), according to the animation data specified by the drawing function. In general terms, animation data is data capable of generating moving images (animations) of characters as intended by a designer, and this animation data can be developed separately from the game program. Moreover, a drawing program is a generic drawing library capable of interpreting the animation data and generating rendering data, including position data for each sprite in a frame, for each respective frame. A game program simply calls up a drawing function (library function) which specifies animation data so as to be capable of causing the drawing library to interpret the specified animation data and generate rendering data accordingly.

摘要： An image forming apparatus includes an image holding member for forming a toner image, and a transfer roller for transferring the toner image formed on the image holding member onto a recording paper sheet. The absolute value of (.DELTA. log R)/.DELTA.V[(log .OMEGA.)/kV] representing the voltage dependence of resistance R of the transfer roller is set not more than 0.5. The contacting portion of the transfer roller and an intermediate belt can be uniformly discharged, and therefore intermediate belt can be prevented from being changed in its property. As a result, an image forming apparatus having a stable transfer characteristic can be provided.

摘要： An image forming apparatus having a toner image carrying member which carries a toner image, an intermediate transfer member or sheet transport type transfer member opposite to the toner image carrying member, a charging device which charges the transfer member for transferring the toner image from the toner image carrying member to the intermediate transfer member or carried sheet, a grounding electrode which contacts the transfer member, an ammeter which measures an electric current through the grounding electrode, and a control device which controls the charging device based on a measured value of the ammeter so as to stabilize said measured value. A power source is connected to the charging device through a resistance and the grounding electrode is in parallel with circuit from the resistance to the toner image carrying member.

The image forming unit is made as a cartridge containing a photosensitive member, a developing device, a transferring device and a cleaner. 摘要： An image forming apparatus accommodates a developing bias power unit for applying a bias voltage to a developing sleeve confronting a photosensitive member. The developing bias power unit includes a DC power source, an electricity storage element interposed between the DC power source and the developing sleeve, and a controller for on-off controlling the DC power source. When an output of the DC power source is activated, the electricity storage element is electrically charged by an output voltage of the DC power source, and a first voltage is applied to the developing sleeve. In contrast, when the output of the DC power source is deactivated, a second voltage of reverse polarity is applied to the developing sleeve by electric charge held in the electricity storage element.

摘要： An apparatus for color highlighting an image portion of a photocopy including a housing provided with a storage compartment for storing a roll of transfer material and an opening for extraction of the leading end of the transfer material. A pressure member is disposed in the housing in the proximity of the opening and adapted to exert pressure or heat and pressure on the transfer material being extracted and permit transfer of part of the transfer material onto a surface of a photocopy for receiving the transfer material. A pair of guiding members prevent the transfer material from contacting the pressure member when the apparatus is not in the state of operation. In operation, the action of extraction of the transfer material and the action of exertion of pressure are accomplished by the movement of the housing.
