摘要： PURPOSE:To obviate the needs for monitoring the placing level of concrete by a method in which a supply tube branching off through a switch valve is inserted into a steel shell, and the switch valve is automatically switched when the supply amount of concrete reaches a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:A steel shell K constituting the outer body of a marine platform is assembled, and concrete supply tubes 5a-5d are inserted into the shell K. A switch 17 is pushed, switch valves 4-1 and 4-2 are switched, and flow path is set up on the supply tube 5a side. When the flow path is set up, a pump switch 11 goes ON automatically to supply concrete to the tube 5a under pres sure. In this case, pulsations detected by a pressure switch 10 are integrated, and when the integral value reaches a given value, the valves 4-l and 4-2 are automatically switched to set up flow path for there supply tubes 5b-5d in order. The needs for monitoring the placing level of concrete can thus be obviat ed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable concrete to be cast even in the site of unfavorable conditions, by positioning a work vessel to lower a concrete casting pipe into water, and by fixing the lower end of the casting pipe with the aid of positioning wires, anchor blocks, and positioning winches. CONSTITUTION:A work vessel 1 is moved, and anchor blocks 17 are cast on the outer periphery of a concrete casting position 24 on the water bottom, and a take-up reel 3 is turned to take down a concrete casting pipe 4 into water. After that, the lower end of the casting pipe 4 is positioning-wise fixed on the water bottom with the aid of positioning wires 18, anchor blocks 19, and positioning winches 20. Then, concrete is fed to the casting pipe 4, and the concrete is cast at the concrete casting site 24 of the water bottom. As the result, even in case that the control of the work vessel is extremely hard, a discharge pipe can be properly positioned.

A level switch 14 is provided to the upper edge of the trench 2 made an electromagnetic flow meter 5 is provided to a pump 11. The discharge amount of the pump 11 can be set up by a controller 33 connected to an inverter 22, and the operating frequency of the inverter 22 can be altered within a small range by outputs of the flow mete 15 and the switch 14.

Two pieces of sheaves 4, 5 which are freely rotatable and are of the same shape are mounted in the drawing direction of a rope (c) before and after the engaging grooves 2d of both side plates 2a, 2a respectively equidistantly from the centers of said grooves 2a at the spacing about twice the outside diameter of the sheaves 4. The pressing force generated in the shaft part of the sheave 6 in the measuring part is detected with a sensor 7 in the shaft part, whereby the tension to be generated in the rope is measured. With such constitution, the pressing force generated in the rope is converte without using any auxiliary member and the device is reduced in size.
