SOLUTION: When an evaporator temperature increases to the defrosting termination temperature, a defrost circuit is closed, and an operation of an outdoor fan is resumed. Furthermore, a temporary hot-water supply operation which operates a compressor by maintaining the capacity of the compressor and the opening of the electric expansion valve in a fixed state is performed, and the regular hot-water supply operation is resumed after a predetermined period of time.
