A chopping signal generating part 13 outputs to an electrification control part 10 a chopping signal for an ON/OFF signal of which the ON duty is controlled in accordance with the output of the difference computing part 12, and thereby the ON/OFF signal outputted to an inverter circuit 2 from the electrification control part 10 is subjected to chopping. A correcting part 14 corrects the generation timing of the chopping signal generated in the chopping signal generating part 13, on the occasion when the rotational position of the rotor comes to a predetermined position.

However, since the actual reference voltage is another reference voltage 52 when the resistance error is taken into consideration and the signal is outputted at another time T2, the accurate outputting timing of the proper signal is supplied to the timing signal generating section after correction. Time T1 matches the maximum amplitude time of the induced voltage and the time TX becomes the time when the time equal to the 1/4-period of the induced voltage has elapsed from the time T1. Therefore, the time TX is outputted to the timing signal generating section.

That is, the conditioner 10 maintains the number of revolutions for obtaining predetermined refrigerating capacity in the state for maintaining predetermined environmental conditions for a predetermined time, and then the compressor 26 of an outdoor unit 14 is driven at the number of the revolutions for obtaining 12 of the capacity of the predetermined capacity in response to the operation of the operation changeover switch of the indoor unit. Thus, the conditioner 20 can be operated by 1/2 of the capacity at the time of rated operation to confirm the capacity of the conditioner 10.

Further, a control part 38 is provided to convert the control data corresponding to the optical signal, which is outputted from the light emitting bodies 27 and 28 of the supporting device 4, to the wireless signal and to output the signal. Thus, the control data can be outputted to the electric equipment without wiring.
