摘要： An objective of the invention is to provide a rubber composition which has satisfactory processability and dimension stability, and the like, gives a vulcanized rubber exhibiting excellent wearing resistance and tensile strength, and the like, and thus is useful in a belt, a hose and a tire and the like, as well as a crosslinked rubber particle for obtaining such rubber composition. A rubber composition of the invention comprises [1] a crosslinked rubber particle comprising as repeating units (a) 30 to 94.89% by weight of a conjugated diene unit, (b) 5 to 69.89% by weight of an aromatic vinyl unit, (c) 0.01 to 10% by weight of a monomer unit having at least two polymerizable unsaturated group, (d) one polymerizable unsaturated group and an amino group, a hydroxyl group and an epoxy group and (e) 0.1 to 30% by weight of a monomer unit having one polymerizable unsaturated group and a carboxylic group and having a particle size of 10 to 500 nm and a toluene-insolubles of 80% by weight or more and [2] a non-crosslinked rubber component whose toluene-insolubles is less than 20% by weight.

摘要： The object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a diene-based rubber/inorganic compound complex capable of allowing a silicic acid compound including silica and the like to be dispersed uniformly and allowing a reinforcing effect to be exerted sufficiently, and a rubber composition containing said complex. A latex comprising a diene-based rubber such as styrene-butadiene copolymeric rubber, butadiene-styrene-isoprene copolymeric rubber and the like is mixed with an aqueous solution of a silicate in which an alkaline salt of silicic acid such as sodium silicate, potassium silicate and the like is dissolved, and then the resultant mixture is further mixed with an aqueous solution of electrolytes containing [1] a cationic substance which has an affinity to the diene-based rubber including a cationic polymer coagulating agent such as poly(meth)acrylic ester or the like and a cationic surfactant such as alkylamine acetate or the like and [2] a salt of an acid such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid and the like with a multivalent metal such as calcium, magnesium and the like, to form a co-coagulated material, which is followed by a drying, whereby obtaining a diene-based rubber/inorganic compound complex.

摘要： A rubber composition of the invention comprises [1] a cross inked rubber particle component whose toluene-insolubles is 50% by weight or more and whose number mean particle size is 3 to 1000 nm and [2] a non-crosslinked rubber component whose toluene-insolubles is less than 20% by weight. This crosslinked rubber particle component is a polymer comprising at least one selected from (1) a conjugated diene unit, (2) a conjugated diene unit and an &agr;,&bgr;-unsaturated nitrile unit and (3) a conjugated diene unit and an acrylate unit as well as a monomer unit having at least 2 polymerizable unsaturated groups. The non-crosslinked rubber component described above is a polymer co rising at least one selected from (a) a conjugated diene unit, (b) (a) plus an aromatic vinyl unit, (c) (a) plus an &agr;,&bgr;-unsaturated nitrile unit, (d) (a) plus an acrylate unit and (e) an ethylene unit and an &agr;-olefin unit having 3 to 12 carbon atoms.

摘要： A rubber composition exhibiting excellent low rolling resistance, high wet skid properties, and superior wear resistance, and suitably used as a vulcanized rubber for tire tread. The rubber composition comprises a styrene-butadiene copolymer previously extended using an extender oil, in an amount from 30 to 100 wt % of the total rubber components, and an extender oil in an amount from 6 to 50 parts by weight for 100 parts by weight of the total rubber components, of which 20 to 50 parts by weight of the extender oil for 100 parts by weight of styrene-butadiene copolymer is used to previously extend the styrene-butadiene copolymer. The styrene-butadiene copolymer has a styrene content from 5 to 45 wt %, 20 to 80% of a microstructure 1,2-bond of butadiene portion, a glass transition temperature from -55.degree. C. to -20.degree. C., and 40 wt % or more of a single styrene bond and 10 wt % or less of long styrene chain which contains 8 or more styrene molecules, among the total styrene bonds.

The weight average molecular weight of the polymer block having the ethylenic unsaturated bond is preferably in the range from 1,000 to 20,000.
