摘要： A sensor element for detecting a parameter of a gas mixture in a gas chamber, having a first electrode and a first diffusion barrier layer arranged to be coupled to said first electrode in a predetermined first region, and arranged such that the gas mixture of the gas chamber only impinges on the first electrode in the first region via the first diffusion barrier layer. In addition, the sensor element has a second electrode arranged such that the gas mixture of the gas chamber impinges on the second electrode in a further first region. The sensor element includes a solid electrolyte designed to be coupled to the first and the second electrodes.

摘要： A method and a device for measuring the rotational speed of a turbocompressor, in particular a turbocharger of a motor vehicle. A frequency of pressure pulses generated in the medium the blades or by the shaft of the turbocompressor is measured using high-frequency signal portion of a pressure sensor, and the turbocompressor rotational speed is ascertained from the measured pressure pulse frequency. Furthermore, the charge pressure of the turbocompressor can be ascertained from the low-frequency signal of the pressure sensor so that a single sensor is sufficient for both measurements. The pressure sensor can be arranged in the intake system downstream of the compressor, upstream or downstream of an intercooler.

The flowmeter has an air passage consisting of a first channel and a second channel joined by a turning area. An air mass sensor is located in the second channel downstream of the turning area, on an inner wall of the second channel. A flow element is located in the turning area, projects from an inner wall of one of the channel sections towards a curved wall of the turning area to define a point of separation of a stream of air from an inner channel wall upstream of the air mass sensor.

A device for drift reduction in the electrical measuring instrument includes an obstruction disposed upstream of the substrate at the side at which the medium strikes the measuring resistor. The obstruction interrupts a dirt film developing between the terminals.

A large number of identical temperature sensors are produced by applying a plurality of parallel conductor tracks, which include partial conductor tracks, to a glass plate or wafer, by providing the conductor tracks with outer solderable contact surfaces and inner solderable contact surfaces, by applying and electrically conductively connecting each sensor element to a first partial conductor track, by conductively connecting the sensor element to a second partial conductor track, by coating the sensor element with a resist layer, and by cutting apart the wafer with parallel cuts extending between the individual sensor elements.
