The method used to make the interface article involves injection-molding a moldable composition into molding members. The moldable composition contains a base thermoplastic elastomer matrix, thermally-conductive filler material, and temperature-activated phase change material. The thermally-conductive articles can be used as thermal interfaces to dissipate heat from heat-generating electronic devices.

摘要： The present invention is related to a method and apparatus for facilitating lossless handover in a wireless communication system comprising at least one wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), a source evolved Node B (eNB), a target eNB, and a mobility management entity/user plane entity (MME/UPE) where the WTRU is in wireless communication with the source eNB. The source eNB determines to handover the WTRU to the target eNB, requests status reports from the WTRU, and requests handover to the target eNB. The handover request includes context information relating to the WTRU which is sent to the target eNB. The target eNB configures resources for the WTRU and transmits a handover response signal to the source eNB. The source eNB commands the WTRU to perform a handover to the target eNB and forwards data to the target eNB. The WTRU performs the handover to the target eNB.

The preferred chain bar is an elongated bar with two legs, each of said two legs having a foot. The feet extend away from the leading (unloading) direction, the transition from leg to foot being formed by smooth bends, so that no sharp edges exist that would gouge into the floor as the chain bar moves across the floor. The preferred chain bar, made of a single metal bar with four longitudinal bends, is extremely strong for its weight, and it unlikely to bend or gouge into the floor during use.
