    • PURPOSE:To improve the stability of shape at the time of using by using heat resistance aromatic polyamide fiber specifying melting point, exothermic starting temp., crystallized degree and dry heat shrinkage ratio to a spacer for heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:The spacer to be used for the heat treatment of aluminum products is formed by using the aromatic polyamide fiber satisfying conditions in the inequalities I-VI. Wherein, Tm: the melting point, Tex: the exothermic starting temp., Xc: the crystallized degree, DE: elongation degree, Dsr(Tm): the dry heat shrinkage ratio at the melting point, Tm, and Dsr(Tm+55 deg.C): the dry heat shrinkage ratio at the melting point +55 deg.C. Needle felt, etc. is made by using this heat resistant fiber and the spacer is formed by compressing and heat-treating. The polyamide fiber is desirable to produce from the aromatic polyamide having functional group selected among lower alkyl group, amino group, sulfone group, carbonyl group, hydroxyl group, having 1-4 of carbon atoms. in ortho position of phenylene group directly coupling with nitrogen atom. and carbon atom. in amide coupling or halogen atom.
