    • An information notification method is applied in a network with separated identity identifier and location to notify the correspondent node to update the location identifier of the terminal. The method includes: a terminal establishes a communication with a correspondent node, a first access node which the terminal accesses reports to a home identity location register (ILR) of the terminal the mapping information about the identity identifier and location identifier of the correspondent node of the terminal, and the ILR stores the mapping information about the correspondent node of the terminal; and after having acquired a new location identifier of the terminal, the ILR sends a notification of updating the location identifier of the terminal to one or more access nodes which the correspondent node accesses according to the stored mapping information about the correspondent node of the terminal, carrying the identity identifier and new location identifier of the terminal.

    • The present invention provides a power negotiation protocol that enables PDs and PSEs to negotiate the amount of inline power that a PD consumes and the corresponding PSE provides. This power negotiation allows the PDs provide fine-grained power consumption level to PSEs, and the PSEs are able to manage inline power efficiently using the negotiation protocol of the present invention. The PDs can ask the PSEs for more power when needed rather than having to constantly reserve the maximum amount of power they can consume at all times. Similarly, the PDs can release reservation of excess power when their respective power requirements decrease. The PSEs can limit the amount of power that can be consumed by the PD, thereby providing the ability for an administrator to control how much power a given PD can consume.

    • A method, a codebook, and a Base Station (BS) for precoding are provided. The precoding method includes: obtaining a total uplink power of a User Equipment (UE); if the total uplink power is greater than ¾ of a rated total transmit power of antennas, selecting a codeword from a first codebook with imbalanced power between layers; otherwise, selecting a codeword from the first codebook and a second codebook with balanced power between layers, so as for precoding data to be transmitted according to the selected codeword. Thus, a loss of an antenna performance at a high signal-to-noise ratio is reduced, and the loss of the power amplification of the antenna is reduced if the transmit power of the antenna is restricted.

    • Search results are ranked by applying sub-relevancies within a search result list. This permits search result lists to be further refined into more manageable relevant groupings from a user's perspective. The sub-relevancies or ‘group-by’ parameters are derived from search result attributes. Attribute values from the attributes are employed in a ranking scheme to group the search results based on attribute value relevancy. The grouped search results can then be displayed to users via a search result page. In one instance users can select which attribute value is used to group the search result list. Ranking processes are based on object ranking algorithms that consider each attribute value as an object type. Some instances provide for search result list group condensing based on relevancy of the attribute values as well. A top-k instance can be employed to limit the search results to control the amount of time required for processing groupings.

    • There is provided a down link multi-user time-space code precoding method including: a step (S401) where a base station acquires channel information on a plurality of user terminals and converts it into a channel matrix; a step (S402) for obtaining a such a conversion matrix that a matrix obtained by multiplying the channel matrix and the conversion matrix is a block diagonal orthogonal matrix; a step (S403) for obtaining a standardization factor of each user terminal by squaring the elements on the diagonal line of the block diagonal orthogonal matrix; a step (S404) for standardizing a transmitted symbol of each user by using the standardization factor; and a step (S405) for multiplying the conjugate transposed matrix and the conversion matrix of the block diagonal orthogonal matrix into standardized symbols successively from the left so as to obtain symbols after the processing and transmitting the processed symbols by the time-space code rule. This method improves the downlink performance and effectively improves the radio system capacity.
