    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability upon trouble inspection by a method wherein the factor of abnormality is judged upon the abnormality of ventilation and when the abnormality is restorable, the decision of abnormality of ventilation is delayed and combustion is continued. SOLUTION: An abnormality deciding means 8 judges whether the amount of ventilation is abnormal or not based on the difference of amount of ventilation between the objective value of ventilating amount operated by a heating capacity regulating means 6 and the amount of ventilation detected by a ventilating amount detecting means 5. When the amount of ventilation is abnormal, combustion operation is stopped and the indication of the contents of decision of abnormality or the notifying of the same through voice is effected by the specified operation of a remote controller. The difference of ventilating amount or the difference of number of rotation between the objective value of the ventilating amount or the objective number of rotation and the ventilating amount of fan to a combustion instrument, which is detected by the ventilating amount detecting means 5, or the detecting number of rotation is operated during combustion. The operated difference of number of rotation is decided whether the same is lower than a predetermined number of rotation (500 rpm) or not. When the same value is lower than the predetermined number of rotation, the ventilation is judged that it is normal and a safe operation timer, into which the predetermined time is set, is initiated and a hunting detecting timer is also initiated to continue the combustion.

SOLUTION: During washing operation of jetting the washing hot water within a hot water reservation tub 63 to dishes W, a circulation pump 52 and a burning burner 25 are operated to circulate and heat a target temperature hot water within a circulating and heating path 5 to a target temperature rinsing hot water. After finishing washing operation, an electromagnetic opening/closing valve 66 is opened to take high temperature water within a circulation going pipe 5a and a going connection pipe 52a as rinsing water to jet the high temperature water from nozzles 68 for jet rinsing. In this case, the temperature of entering water having newly entered an entering pipe is stored for next-time circulation.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the control method for a bath system, permitting the filling of hot-water or the like based on the intention of a user even when trouble is caused in an automatic water discharging cock while preventing the wasteful consumption of energy due to the trouble of the automatic water discharging cock. SOLUTION: When the automatic operation switch of a remote controller is operated ON after closing the automatic water discharging cock, installed on a bathtub, through the control of operation of a driving motor, whether the closing operation of a cock body for the automatic water discharging cock is abnormal or not is judged whether the operating amount detecting value of the driving motor is a predetermined operating amount from opening to closing or not (S1, S2). When the closing operation is abnormal, the trouble is informed by the remote controller (S4) and '1' is added to the counter value of the trouble (S5). When the trouble counter value is '1', the execution of control of hot-water filling through automatic operation is prohibited and the filling is returned (S6-NO, S7). When the automatic operation switch is operated ON again by the user (S1), the prohibition of execution of automatic hot-water filling is released while informing the trouble even when the closing operation is abnormal (S2, S4-S6, S8).

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply hot water to both a general hot water tap and a business use dish washer by using a single water heater, while surely operating the business use dish washer, in compliance with sanitary standards. SOLUTION: A hot water discharge pipe 23, for heating inflow water from an inflow pipe 22 connected directly to a city water pipe and discharging hot water, is branched into a general hot water supply pipe 4 for supplying the hot water to the general hot water tap 3 via a hot water discharge flow rate regulating valve 43 and a supply circulation passage 5a for supplying the hot water to the dish washer 6. Whether the dish washer is in operation or out of operation, if the interior of a hot water tank 63 is in a temperature preserving operation by using the circulation passage 5 for dish washing, hot water is supplied to the general hot water tap 3 after effecting mixture with water from a bypass pipe 24 at a mixing section 41 to control water temperature to a set hot water supply temperature set by a remote controller 71 for effecting a hot water supply priority control. When the dish washer is in operation for supplying hot water to the hot water tank 63 and particularly in a rinsing operation from a rinsing nozzle, the greater part of the high temperature hot water from the heat exchanger is made to flow to the supply circulation pipe 5a side in a restricted state by restricting the opening of a hot water discharge flow rate control valve, and is supplied to the rinsing nozzle 68 through a solenoid on/off valve 66 which is actuated to open and a supply pipe 65 for effecting rinsing priority control.
