    • A vehicle has a mounting structure for mounting a door guard bar. An insertion hole is formed in an upper portion of a trim pad, and a lever-handle accommodating hole is formed in a side portion of the trim pad below the insertion hole. An end portion of a lever handle is inserted into the lever-handle accommodating hole. A cover portion of a bezel is disposed on the inner side of the lever-handle accommodating hole, and covers a part of the lever-handle accommodating hole while exposing an operation portion of the lever handle to the inner side of the vehicle. A door guard bar is inserted into the insertion hole, and fixed to the inner door panel of the vehicle door. The cover portion of the bezel covers the portion of the door guard bar.

    • A frequency switching terminal is provided to input a signal for switching frequencies of a reception circuit. A smart ECU is connected to the frequency switching terminal via a connection cable. When the signal for switching the frequencies is inputted into an external input terminal of the reception circuit from the smart ECU via the frequency switching terminal, the reception circuit receives a first electric wave transmitted from a portable terminal for smart entry. In contrast, when the signal for switching the frequencies is not inputted into the external input terminal of the reception circuit from the smart ECU via the frequency switching terminal, the reception circuit receives a second electric wave transmitted from a tire sensor.

    • An object of the present invention is to provide a noise removal apparatus, of a simplified configuration, capable of removing a noise. A band separation section 351 separates an inputted digital signal into a digital signal D1 and a digital signal D2 by using, as a boundary, the center frequency of a frequency band of the inputted digital signal. The phase adjustment section 352 adjusts a level and a frequency band of the digital signal D2, and outputs, as a removal signal R, a signal for which the level and the frequency band have been adjusted. The adder 353 adds the removal signal R to the digital signal D1, thereby enabling a signal obtained by removing an in-vehicle noise from the digital signal D1 to be outputted as a corrected signal A.
