Consequently, even though the content of the reaction product such as silica in the aq. sodium hydroxide circulated from the reaction system is changed, the concn. of the aq. sodium hydroxide supplied to the reaction tank is maintained as specified.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to accurately determine the adding amount of a pH adjusting agent beforehand depending on the pH of dust containing heavy metals and to render the dust harmless, in the treatment of the dust containing heavy metal for changing to ferrite. SOLUTION: When dust containing heavy metals is stored in a hopper with a scale 2 while weighing, a part of the dust is obtained and weighed, and an acid or an alkali is added to a pH adjusting and measuring tank 6 so that pH of the obtained ash may become 7-11, and the added amount is measured. The second process consists of the ratio of the weight of the dust (a) sampled in the tank 6; and the added amount of the acid or the alkali (b); and the adding amount (B)of the acid or the alkali required so that pH of the dust of the weight (A) fed to a mixing reactor 17 may be 7-11, will be determined from (a/b=A/B). The heavy metals in the dust is rendered harmless by adding the amount of the acid or the alkali (B) into the reactor 17.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing-oriented airtight device with a simple structure by providing a ring-shaped elastically sealing member in such a manner one side thereof is mounted being sealed on a fixed member and the other side thereof slides on the outer circumferential surface of a large-diameter rotor in contact therewith while a mounting member is fixed at an intermediate part. SOLUTION: An airtight device 10 of a large-diameter rotor which seals a large-diameter rotor 11 driven by a rotary power source and a fixed member 12 has a roller chain 14 wound on the outer circumferential surface 13 of the large-diameter rotor 11 and a ring-shaped elastically sealing member 15 mounted on the roller chain 14 through an L-shaped ring plate 16 as one example of a mounting member. The elastically sealing member moves along the outer circumferential surface of the large-diameter rotor contacting the roller chain. Even if the large-diameter rotor is in a can structure and not round truly, with the movement of the roller chain, the elastically sealing member moves and always presses the elastically sealing member onto the outer circumferential surface of the large-diameter rotor thereby keeping the large-diameter rotor sealed.

CONSTITUTION:Gas containing smoke dust is introduced from a gas inlet 8, passed through a filling layer 2 to remove dusts, and discharged from a gas outlet 5. Louvers 3 are provided at an inlet side of the layer 2, and a metal gauze is provided at its outlet side. On the other hand, filler is charged from a valve 1 to the layer 2, and dropped through the layer from above downward. A dropping speed of the filler is controlled by controlling an operation of a filler cutter 6. The cut filler is discharged from a valve 7 out of a system. The filler is sintering ore granulated to a grain size range of 1 to 10mm. When powder having a grain size of less than 1mm is mixed, a pressure loss at the time of passing gas through the moving layer is increased. While when it is more than 10mm, a dust removing capacity is insufficient, and it is improper as a sintering raw material.

摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize a process by eliminating the clogging of a filter in the dehydration treatment of a slurry zeolite product in the zeolitic treatment of coal ash. CONSTITUTION:A branching pipe 11 is provided on a filtrate returning pipe 1 from a dehydrated solution vessel 3 and, from the branching pipe, a caustic soda filtrate is added to a slurry zeolite in a storage tank 1 to be compounded and the slurry concentration is kept at an optimum concentration. Since the slurry concentration is kept constant, the dehydration state is kept in an optimum state. The clogging of a filter bag in the dehydrated solution vessel is eliminated, so the life of the filter bag is prolonged.
