    • A dual gate layout of a thin film transistor of liquid crystal display to alleviate dark current leakage is disclosed. The layout comprises (1) a polysilicon on a substrate having a L-shaped or a snake shaped from top-view, which has a heavily doped source region, a first lightly doped region, a first gate channel, a second lightly doped region, a second gate channel, a third lightly doped region and a heavily doped drain region formed in order therein; (2) a gate oxide layer formed on the polysilicon layer and the substrate, (3) a gate metal layer then formed on the gate oxide layer having a scanning line and an extension portion with a L-shaped or an I-shaped. The gate metal intersects with the polysilicon layer thereto define the forgoing gate channels. Among of gate channels, at least one is along the signal line, which is connected to the source region through a source contact.

    • An analog buffer used in a source driver is provided. The analog buffer havs an input end, an output end, a transistor, first and second capacitors, first, second, third, fourth and fifth switches. The source and the drain of the transistor is coupled to the output end and receives a first voltage respectively. The first end of the first and the second capacitors are coupled to the gate of the transistor. The second end of the first and the second capacitors are coupled to the first end of the first, second and fourth switches and the first end of the third and fifth switches respectively. The second end of the first switch receives a second voltage. The second end of the second and third switches are coupled to the input end. The second end of the fourth and fifth switches are coupled to the output end.

    • A data driver for organic light emitting diode display is disclosed. A pixel data of K bits is divided into an N bits data and an M bits data. A number of N bits data are processed by a number of main digital-to-analog current converters and a number of main voltage storing current copier/current mirror so as to generate a number of main regenerating currents. Besides, a number of M bits data are processed by a number of secondary digital-to-analog current converters and a number of secondary voltage storing current copier/current mirror so as to generate a number of secondary regenerating currents. The brightness of the pixel is related to the sum of the corresponding main regenerating current and the corresponding secondary regenerating current. The invention can reduce the error resulted from the component variation of digital-to-analog converters.

Each pixel driving circuit comprises a switch transistor, a scan line, a data line, a driving transistor, an electroluminescent device, a storage capacitor and a compensation capacitor. The scan and data lines are respectively connected to first and second terminals of the switch transistor. First and second terminals of the driving transistor are respectively connected to a third terminal of the switch transistor and a first potential. The electroluminescent device is connected between a third terminal of the driving transistor and a second potential. The storage capacitor is connected between the first terminal of the driving transistor and the first potential, or a previous scan line. The compensation capacitor is connected between the first terminals of the switching and driving transistors. Not all compensation capacitors connected to the same scan line have the same capacitance.
