    • PURPOSE:To prevent the leak of the solvent gas due to dry cleaning outsize a machine by allowing the compressed gas to circulate into a processing drum through an adsorbing tank and desorption-recovering the gas through the decompression by a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION:The pressurized gas is introduced into an adsorbing tank 7, and adsorbed into the adsorbing tank by an adsorbing machine. The gas which is formed to a low concentration by adsorption passes through a valve 13 and a duct 21, and reaches a fresh air inlet 19, and is returned into a processing tank 1. While, the solvent adsorbed in an adsorbing tank 6 is evaporated by the decompression by a vacuum pump 10, and the gas is sent into a condenser 11. Further, in order to facilitate adsorption, the adsorbing tank 6 is equipped with a heating device 8. The solvent sent into the condenser 11 is condensed by the condenser 11, and liquefaction-recovered. The liquefied solvent is led into the solvent tank of a dry cleaner through a pipe 18, and is used again.

    • PURPOSE:To suppress the heightening of the density of solvent gas by arranging valves on the way of a piping communicated with a processing tank, to be connected to a solvent tank, to contrive solvent in the piping, to be returned to the solvent tank by gravity, and by re-evaporating the solvent in the piping connected to the processing tank. CONSTITUTION:Gas is fed into a processing tank 1 through an air heater 4, from an air intake 8 through a valve 41 and a duct 40, and clothing in the processing tank 1 is deodorized. When solvent is left in a piping connected to the processing tank 1, then the solvent is evaporated, and for ever, solvent gas density in the processing tank is not reduced, and a deodorizing time gets longer. Then, the gas is of course, the burden of active carbon. Accordingly, before deodorizing, the solvent in the processing tank 1 is required to be removed to the external side of an equipment. In other words, first, the solvent in the processing tank 1 and between valves 19, 20 must be removed, and when valves 19 and 61 are opened at drying initiation and/or drying termination, and at the beginning under deodorizing, then solvent in a piping 60 flows into a tank 11 by gravity through a piping 62, the valve 61, and a piping 66.

    • PURPOSE:To increase the recovering efficiency of solvent by providing bypass conduit in an air blow conduit from a lower part of a processing tank to an upper part of the processing tank, providing a throttle valve at the air blow conduit, and opening the throttle valve in a drying process to send air, while closing the throttle valve in a deodorizing process. CONSTITUTION:Currents of air circulate from a processing tank 1 through a suction tube 3, a ling filter 4, a blower 2, a water cooler 5, a cooling medium cooler 6, a heater 7 and a conduit 8 in a drying process. A throttle valve 9 is set at a position for closing the suction tube 3 almost completely in a deodorizing process. Air from a lower part of the processing tank 1 to go through a passage 12 and a bypass tube 13 into the back side of the throttle valve 9 at the suction tube 3 passes the lint filter 4 and the blower 2, liquefies a little solvent at the water cooler 5 and the cooling medium cooler 6 to include only a thinner density of solvent gas, and is discharged to the outer air (or an activated carbon adsorbing means) from a discharge port 20 as illustrated with an arrow. Solvent liquefied at the water cooler 5 and the cooling medium cooler 6 is sent by a conduit 19 to a water separator 18 to be recovered. Deodorizing and recovering of solvent gas can thus be achieved at a good efficiency, the processing time can be reduced, and defects of residual gas odor at clothings can be eliminated.

    • PURPOSE: To enhance heat transfer, to reduce the weight of the whole of the titled apparatus and to miniaturize the same by recovering the solvent vapor exhausted from a dry cleaning machine, using a solvent itself as a cold accumulator for cooling the gas.
      CONSTITUTION: The solvent gas exhausted from a dry cleaning machine using an org. solvent such as perchloroethylene is introduced into a recovery apparatus 32 from a duct 37. In the recovery apparatus 32, the above-mentioned solvent cooled by a cooling coil 34 connected to a freezer 33 is supplied to a shower nozzle 38 as a cold accumulating solvent by an arranged pipe 37 to be scattered in a shower like state and, by this operation, the solvent vapor is cooled, condensed and liquefied to be dripped into the cold accumulating solvent 31. The residual solvent mist is separated and recovered by a demister 40 and introduced into the cold accumulating solvent 31. As mentioned above, because the solvent itself is used as a heat transfer medium, the whole of an apparatus is miniaturized as compared with an apparatus using a cold accumulating medium such as a ceramic ball.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent leakage of a solvent to the atmosphere by a method wherein the solvent is desorbed by hot air and a desorbing cooling apparatus is constituted in a hermetially sealed recirculation system to recover the solvent unstable to water in good efficiency only by simple post-treatment without losing safety of said solvent. CONSTITUTION:In an adsorbing process, valves 11', 19' are closed and valves 1', 4' are opened and a solvent containing exhaust gas from a dry cleaner or the like is introduced from a gas introducing pipe 1 to be adsorbed to an adsorbing member 5 comprising activated carbon fiber and exhausted from an exhaust pipe 4. in a desorbing process, the valves 1', 4' are closed and valves 11' 18', 19' are opened and hot air is passed through the adsorbing member from a steam type air heater 16 through an arranged pipe 19 to desorb the solvent. The hot air containing the solvent is sent to a heat storing type cooler 13 from an arranged pipe 11 and the solvent and moisture in said air is condensed and liquefied to be taken out from a separator 20 and the cooled air is heated again in the air heater 16 to be recirculated as hot air. After this treatment, a valve 18 is closed and cooling air from the cooler 13 is recirculated and the residual polvent in an adsorbing chamber 3 and a recirculation circuit is re-adsorbed to the adsorbing member 6 and the next adsorbing process is prepared.
