    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor in which abnormal wear and seizure can be reliably prevented by providing fine recesses in a necessary minimum area without increasing a gas leakage space.SOLUTION: A rotary compressor includes: a cylinder body forming a cylinder chamber; a rotor fitted into an eccentric portion of a rotary shaft and rotated in the cylinder chamber; and a blade 17 with a tip in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the rotor, partitioning the cylinder chamber into an intake side and a compression side, and sliding in a blade groove provided in the cylinder body along with rotation of the rotor, wherein a large number of fine recesses 26 for retaining oil are provided in an area 17A of a side surface facing the intake side, on a tip side of the blade 17, ranging from a position corresponding to an eccentric amount e of the rotor from a tip of the blade 17 to a position corresponding to twice as much as the eccentric amount e from the tip of the blade.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion in the height of a fin by engaging a gearlike cutter on which a projection is provided on the front part in the rotating direction and the gearlike cutter on which the groove corresponding to the projection is provided on the tooth bottom part each other. CONSTITUTION:When a fin stock 2 is bitten between cutters 23, a fold is given on the place equivalent to a corrugated fin R part by a projection 31. The compression force in the before and behind direction by a guide 34, plate 35 and roller 36 is received and it is then bent preferentially from this fold. The fin receives the bend forming of extremely small dispersion of the height in the width direction. The bent fin receives the rolling reduction force in the height direction by the guide 34, plate 35 and roller 36 and the dispersion of the height of the fin is corrected. Consequently the corrugated fin of high accuracy without any dispersion of the fin height in the width direction can be obtd.
