摘要： An olefin is prepared from an alkyl alcohol in a process which comprises the steps: a) converting the alkyl alcohol into a dialkylether over a first catalyst, to yield a hot dialkylether product stream containing alkyl alcohol, dialkylether and water; b) cooling the hot dialkylether product stream at least partly by indirect heat exchange with a cold dialkylether product stream to below the dew point of water at the prevailing conditions to obtain a gas-liquid mixture; c) separating the obtained mixture into a liquid water-containing stream and a vaporous dialkylether-rich stream; d) subjecting at least part of the vaporous dialkylether-rich stream, as the cold dialkylether product stream in step b), to heat exchange with the hot dialkylether product stream, to yield a heated dialkylether-rich feed; and e) converting the heated dialkylether-rich feed to an olefin over a second catalyst.

摘要： The present invention provides a process for producing olefins from a feed comprising at least methane, ethane and carbon dioxide. The feed is separated into at least a methane-comprising feed, an ethane-comprising feed and a carbon dioxide-comprising feed. At least part of the methane-comprising feed is converted to a synthesis gas. The ethane-comprising feed is cracked to obtain at least olefins and hydrogen. At least part of the carbon dioxide-comprising feed and at least part of the synthesis gas are used to synthesis oxygenates. At least part of the oxygenates are converted in an oxygenate-to-olefin (OTO) zone to obtain at least olefins and hydrogen. At least part of the cracking effluent and at least part of the OTO zone effluent are combined to obtain a combined effluent from which hydrogen is separated. At least part of the hydrogen is supplied to the oxygenate synthesis zone.

摘要： A process to prepare methanol and/or dimethylether from a solid carbonaceous feedstock comprising the steps of (a) feeding an oxygen-comprising gas and the carbonaceous feedstock to a burner firing into a reactor vessel, (b) performing a partial oxidation of the carbonaceous feedstock in said burner to obtain a stream of hot synthesis gas and a liquid slag whereby both the hot synthesis gas and the liquid slag flow downwardly relative to the burner, (c) cooling the hot synthesis gas by direct contact with a liquid water-containing cooling medium, (d) performing a water shift reaction on at least part of the synthesis gas, to obtain a synthesis gas effluent, (e) performing an oxygenate synthesis using the synthesis gas effluent of step (d), to obtain a methanol and/or dimethylether containing oxygenate effluent and a first liquid water-rich by-product, wherein at least part of the first liquid water-rich by-product is used in step (c), forming at least part of the liquid water-containing cooling medium.
