    • A thin film transistor (“TFT”) substrate in which the size of a pixel TFT formed in a display area is reduced using a single slit mask, and the length of the channel area of a protection TFT constituting an electrostatic discharge protection circuit formed in a non-display area is formed larger than that of the pixel TFT using the same mask pattern. The TFT substrate includes a signal line and a discharge line formed on a substrate, a signal supply pad formed on one end of the signal line to supply a signal to the signal line, and an electrostatic discharge protection circuit including at least one protection TFT including a plurality of channels formed between the signal supply pad and the discharge line and/or between the signal line and the discharge line.

    • In an OELD panel capable of decreasing a cross-talk and an OELD apparatus having the OELD panel, a switching part is formed in a unit pixel defined by a data line and a scan line to control the output of a data signal in response to a scan signal. A current supply line is disposed on at least two sides of the unit pixel to transfer a current. The sides of the unit pixel are disposed adjacent to one another. An organic electro luminescent part generates a light in response to the current. A driving part is disposed between the organic electro luminescent part and the current supply line to control the current in response to the data signal outputted from the switching part. Therefore, the current supply line forms a net shape to decrease a cross-talk.

    • A liquid crystal display (“LCD”) includes a gate line, a data line intersecting the gate line, a pixel including first and second sub-pixels connected to the gate line and the data line, and a coupling capacitor coupled between the first and the second sub-pixels. The first sub-pixel includes a first liquid crystal (“LC”) capacitor and a first thin film transistor (“TFT”). The second sub-pixel includes a second LC capacitor and a second TFT. The first and second TFTs respectively include a gate electrode, a source electrode, and a drain electrode. The gate electrodes of the first and second TFTs are connected to the gate line, the source electrodes of the first and second TFTs are connected to the data line, and the coupling capacitor includes the sub-pixel electrode of the second sub-pixel and the drain electrode of the second TFT as two terminals.
