摘要： An objective of the present invention is to provide a newly isolated vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-like protein having binding activity specific to a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor type 2 (KDR) but exhibiting no binding affinity to a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor type 1 (Flt-1), and thus being excellent in hypotensive effect. There have been newly purified and isolated a VEGF-like protein from a venom of Vipera ammodytes ammodytes: vammin and a VEGF-like protein from a venom of Daboia russelli russelli: VR-1 as the VEGF-like protein having binding activity specific to KDR but exhibiting no binding affinity to Flt-1, and thereby being excellent in hypotensive effect, and the amino acid sequences of these both have been analyzed in the present invention.

The film is a carbon nitride layer of 0.5 to 5.0 microns thickness with 2% to 45% nitrogen coated on an underlayer. One method of making the carbon nitride film is by the use of a pulsed carbon arc to generate a carbon plasma while injecting nitrogen into the vacuum chamber in which the arc is created. Another method is to generate a radio frequency plasma in a vacuum chamber into which acetylene and nitrogen gas are injected. The carbon nitride is formed by the combination of nitrogen with the carbon from the acetylene.

摘要： A light measuring device for a single lens reflex camera includes a principal or main mirror capable of dividing light passing through an objective lens towards a finder system and towards a film plane. A submirror is provided behind the main mirror and directs the light passed therethrough towards the film plane for ultimately determining a focusing condition and a measurement of light intensity. A pair of focus detecting photosensor arrays, as well as a spotlight measuring photocell, is arranged relative to the submirror to receive the object light. The auxiliary mirror can be formed with a center portion for reflecting the light through the photocell arrays and a second light-reflecting plane having light diffusive characteristics for directing light for the detection of light measurement.

(I)wherein Ar is an aryl group which may be substituted and two Ar's are identical and X.sup..crclbar. is a counter ion inert to the reaction with the unsaturated compound in a solvent in the presence of a transition metal catalyst and a base or a reducing metal, said reaction being carried out at a temperature not higher than 80.degree. C. and/or by using at least one of the base, the reducing metal and the unsaturated compound in an amount not more than 1.5 times the stoichiometric amount, then separating the iodoarene thus formed, Ar--I, from the reaction mixture, subsequently coupling said iodoarene thus separated with an aromatic compound, ArH, in an oxidizing atmosphere in the presence of X.sup..crclbar. or an anion ion-exchangeable with X.sup..crclbar., if needed ion-exchanging the anion with X.sup..crclbar., to form the diaryl iodonium salt of the above general formula (I), and recycling said diaryl iodonium salt thus formed in said reaction.
