    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure for enabling a reduction in fastening force to be prevented even when a composite plate, which is fastened by a bolt as a cover for preventing heat transfer and vibration propagation from a member generating heat and vibrations and is made up of a soft core material and a surface layer of a metallic plate, is subjected to a heat cycle.
      SOLUTION: A bolt 2 penetrates the bolt hole 4 of the composite plate 1 whose core material layer 1a and surface layer are made of a soft material and metallic plates 1b, 1c, respectively. A cylindrical member 5 comprising a body 5b and a flange 5a whose properties are higher than the metallic plates 1b, 1c in elasticity and the core material layer 1a in hardness is interposed between the bolt 2 and the bolt hole 4. With the bolt 2 fastened, the body 5b of the cylindrical member 5 deforms to a side of the core material layer 1a for the flange 5a to abut against the metallic plate 1b. As a result, the fixing structure is realized by which the composite plate 1 is fixed to a fixing object. In the fixing structure, the composite plate 1 is not crushed in the vicinity of the bolt 2 and even when a heat cycle is applied thereto, the shaft force of the bolt is not reduced to hold stable fastening torque.
