    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance recording characteristics and reliability of a BCA (Burst Cutting Area) part having excellent reproducing characteristics in an optical information recording medium corresponding to a blu-ray disk performing BCA signal recording by laser marking. SOLUTION: A reflection film 7 has a composition consisting essentially of Ag and containing at least one of Nd and Gd and at least one of Sn and In to utilize effects in long term storage stability and suppression of pitting corrosion by Nd and Gd. Thereby, the optical information recording medium wherein an information recording part and the BCA part have excellent reproducing characteristics and the BCA part has excellent recording characteristics and high reliability can be obtained when the BCA signal recording is performed by laser marking by selection of the composition since absorption of laser marking light is heightened by addition of a minute quantity of Gd.
