摘要： A power module constructs a pressurizing tool by laminating an elastic member as well as a DC positive-side wiring member and DC negative-side wiring member in which currents flow in opposite directions. The pressurizing tool presses a first fixing tool, and then the first fixing tool presses semiconductor equipment. The semiconductor equipment is fixed to a heat dissipating member with its heat dissipating surface brought into surface contact with side wall surfaces of the heat dissipating member.The power module can enhance heat dissipation between a heat dissipating member and semiconductor equipment, and enables the semiconductor equipment to be fixed to the heat dissipating member without adding other components to the power module.

The electric power converter including a capacitor, a first electrode, a second electrode, a first magnetic body, on which the first electrode and the second electrode are wound to form an LC composite element, connecting electrodes electrically connected to respective of both ends of the first and second electrodes, a second magnetic body for interlinking both ends of the first magnetic body, a coil wound around the second magnetic body in the same winding direction as the first and second electrodes wound around the first magnetic body and a resistor for shorting the output of the coil.

摘要： An electric power converter is provided with: a power semiconductor module, which has a power semiconductor element that converts a direct current into an alternating current; a capacitor module, which has a capacitor element that smooths the direct current; and a cooling body, which cools the power semiconductor module and the capacitor module. The capacitor module has: a case, which has an approximately rectangular shape, has an opening formed in one surface, and has a space for housing the capacitor element; and a DC conductor for electrically connecting the power semiconductor element and the capacitor element to each other. The cooling body is formed to face the bottom surface on the inner wall of the case, and both the side surfaces of the case, the side surfaces facing each other. Between the capacitor element and the inner wall surfaces of the case, the direct current conductor is formed along the bottom surface and both the side surfaces of the case.

Each of exposed areas of the heat radiation surfaces 7b and 8b and a surface 13b of a mold material (sealing material 13) adjacent to the exposed area produce an uneven step from which either one of the exposed area and the surface 13b adjacent to the exposed area projects. The step side surface formed between the convex surface and the concave surface of the uneven step has an inclined surface 7a or 13a so configured that an obtuse angle can be formed by the inclined surface and the convex surface and by the inclined surface and the concave surface for each.

摘要： A power module includes: a sealing body including a semiconductor element having a plurality of electrode surfaces, a first conductor plate connected to one electrode surface of the semiconductor element via solder, and a sealing material for sealing the semiconductor element and the first conductor plate, the sealing body having at least a first surface and a second surface on the opposite side of the first surface; and a case for housing the sealing body. The case is configured by a first heat radiation plate opposed to the first surface of the sealing body, a second heat radiation plate opposed to the second surface of the sealing body, and an intermediate member that connects the first heat radiation plate and the second heat radiation plate. The intermediate member has a first thin section having thickness smaller than the thickness of the first heat radiation plate, more easily elastically deformed than the first heat radiation plate, and formed to surround the first heat radiation plate. The sealing body is pressed against and fixed to the second heat radiation plate via the first heat radiation plate by elastic force generated in the first thin section.
