    • A backhoe (1) includes an upper structure (3) supported by a traveling device (2) to be rotatable about a vertical swivel axis (X). The upper structure (3) carries an excavator (4) and a cab (12) and has a rear edge (3A) formed arcuate about the swivel axis (X) in plan view. The cab (12) defines an opening (31) with a door (32) attached through hinges (34). The door (32) is pivotable about a vertical open/close axis (Y) of hinges (34). The hinges (34) are arranged on a rear edge opening (31). Each hinge (34) includes a pair of hinges (34A and 34B) which are bent to place the axis (Y) forwardly of the rear end of door (32). Consequently, when the door (32) is set to a fully open position, the free end of door (32) is displaced to a position forwardly of the rear edge (3A) of upper structure (3).

    • A surface coating agent to be coated on the surface of an elastic molding die, which is a solvent solution of a polyurethane obtained by reacting a polyol with an aromatic polyisocyanate. The surface coating agent can be coated on the inside surface of the elastic molding die to form a coating layer, thereby obtaining a molding with surface gloss. Further, the surface coating agent can be incorporated with silicone and/or a fluorine compound to improve oil resistance of the elastic molding die, preventing the elastic molding die from being swollen by oil components of a molding material and improving durability. When a polyether type polyol is used as the polyol, water resistance of the elastic molding die can be even further improved. The surface coating agent using polycarbonatepolyol as the polyol has improved adhesion to the elastic molding die, thereby improving the durability. Further, the surface coating layer can be even more securely bonded to the surface of the elastic molding die by coating the surface coating agent after primer coating, or after acid treatment, or after acid treatment and primer coating.

    • A target substance is detected by a sandwich immunoassay using fine particle (A) having bound to it a fluorescer and an antibody reacting specifically with the target substance, and a fine particle (B) having bound to it a quencher and an antibody reacting specifically with the target substance, through a different antigenic determinant. Also disclosed is a competitive immunoassay having a fine particle (C) bound to it a fluorescer or a quencher, and an antibody reacting specifically with the target substance, a bound product (D) composed of the remainder of the fluorescer and the quencher, or a known amount of the target substance. Binding of the fluorescer and the quencher to the fine particle (A), (B) or (C) is affected so that the fluorescer and the quencher are covalently bound to a substance adsorbed on the fine particle. The sandwich immunoassay is advantageously conducted using a kit containing (i) the fluorescer- and antibody-bound fine particle (A) and (ii) the quencher- and antibody-bound fine particle (B). The competitive immunoassay is advantageously conducted by using a kit containing (i) the fluorescer- or quencher-and-the antibody-bound fine particle (C), and (ii) the bound product (D) of the quencher or fluorescer and the target substance.
