    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture at a low cost by eliminating the need of the manufacture of a metal mold and casting.
SOLUTION: A piece-to-piece joint structure comprises a connection metal fitting 14 and a joining metal fitting 16. The connection metal fitting 14 comprises an opening part 18 at its one end and is formed in a roughly C-shape in cross section. The opening part 18 is allowed to communicate with a roughly T-shaped groove hole 20 formed by passing the center part of the connection metal fitting 14 in the longitudinal direction, and the groove hole 20 is opened to both ends of the connection metal fitting 14 in the longitudinal direction. The connection fitting 14 is formed of a thermally extruded carbon steel. The connection metal fitting 14 is formed so that its longitudinal direction is disposed in the driving direction of the connection metal fitting 16. The opening part 18 is disposed to face a piece-to-piece joint face 12 in the state of being tilted at a specified tilt angle θ so that the edge part of the connection metal fitting 14 along the longitudinal direction is gradually separated from the piece-to-piece joint face 12.
