摘要： PURPOSE:To make a regulating work simple sure by providing, at metal fittings movable in the longitudinal direction of a rod, stoppers which are engaged/ disengaged with the rod by turning a lover and providing portions to be engaged with stoppers at intervals on the rod. CONSTITUTION:A rod 13 is slidably inserted through a turning device 12 and is pivotably supported with a bracket 23 on the joint portion 20 side of the lower end and is provided with metal fittings 32, 33 movable in its longitudinal direction, and shock-absorbing coil springs 14, 15 are provided between each metal fitting and the turning device 12. Stoppers 28, 29 which are turned by operation levers 34, 35 are pivotably supported to these metal fittings 32, 33, and cut-out portions 32A, 33A for the turning guide of engagement/ disengagement positions A, B and for vibration stopping are provided. Also, portions 30, 31 to be engaged with stoppers 28, 29 forming flat surfaces 28A, 29A which escape from engagement are provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the rod 13. Accordingly, a spring regulating work can be done simply and surely.
