    • PURPOSE:To reduce weight dispersion by making a weight of a prefoaming particle filled into a mold fixed, by a method wherein a temperature of a prefoaming particle to be compressed is measured prior to its starting of compression filling and compression filling pressure suitable for this temperature is fixed. CONSTITUTION:A prefoaming particle to be compressed is sent to a pressure filling vessel 3 through a raw material silo 1 and subhopper 2, the same is compression-filled into a mold 4 with an already known feed device through a feed part 3a after the same is stored hereupon and the same is compression-molded. A device measuring a temperature and apparent density of the prefoaming particle to be compressed which is prior to starting of compression filling, a pressure relief valve 9 maintaining compression filling pressure in the pressure filling vessel and the mold communicating with the pressure filling vessel at a fixed level and a computor/ pressure control device 10 calculating an inhibiting pressure value of the pressure relief valve and establishing automatically are fitted to the title device during a compression molding process. Foam magnification of a foam molded body is made fixed by regulating appropriately the compression filling pressure in accordance with the temperature or the apparent density so that the compression filling pressure becomes high when the temperature or the apparent density of the prefoaming particle is high and when the same is low on the contrary, the compression filling pressure is low.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the reinforcement arrangement work of a reinforcement built-up structure by fixing each end part of a plurality of transverse reinforcements arranged with the prescribed intervals to a basic mold member, and stretching a longitudinal reinforcement between the transverse reinforcements or foundation reinforcements vertically adjacent to each other. SOLUTION: End parts of approximately rectangular basic mold members 11... made of a foaming synthetic resin are arranged in the vertical direction or in the right-to-left direction opposite to each other and separate from each other by the prescribed clearance while the end parts are butted to each other. Each end part of a plurality of transverse reinforcements 13... arranged with the prescribed intervals in approximately same horizontal plane is fixed to the basic mold members 11 arranged in the direction orthogonal to the transverse reinforcements in a non-movable manner. Longitudinal reinforcements 25... provided with hook parts 26... on each end part are stretched between two adjacent transverse reinforcements in the vertical direction or between two adjacent foundation reinforcements 29... in the vertical direction. Crossing parts of the transverse reinforcement 13, the foundation reinforcement 29, and the longitudinal reinforcement are connected by binding wires 30.... Thus, the basic mold members 11 are stacked step by step from the lower side to the upper side.

    • PURPOSE: To make break and damage a concrete pattern form hard to be caused make it possible to use it without any phoblem about strength by providing a pattern forming recess to the form monolithically molded from a synthetic resin foam, and forming a large number of recesses on the rear thereof. CONSTITUTION: A pattern forming recess 2 showing the outward appearance such as decorated pattern, etc., on the concrete surface is provided to a concrete form 1 monolithically molded from a synthetic resin foam. A large number of continuous or discontinuous recesses 10 and 10 formed in the shape of an opening without making any flexible deformation when concrete is placed are formed on the rear of the pattern form 1. Each of the recesses 10 is so recessed that the bottom thereof is formed in the shape roughly corresponding to the unevenness of the concrete surface, and it is formed int he shape of a rectangular recess with short sides less than 5cm or a circular or oval recess with diameter or minoraxis less than 5cm or groove with width less than 5cm.

    • PURPOSE: To secure the self-standing property by a single lathed wall structure and increase the workability, by welding a lath mesh with heat on at least one side face of a foamed plastic board at one side of a mortar or concrete wall body and arranging a lath mesh at the external side. CONSTITUTION: Lathed wall structures BB, BB are erected at both sides of reinforcements arranged on a foundation and fixed mutually by separators of connecting members, supports, etc. Staples are driven from the outside of both wall structures BB, BB to project inward the front ends out of the inside lath mesh. Next, mortar (m) or the like is placed between the lathed wall structures to construct a wall body A. After curing of mortar (m), the connecting members and the supports are removed. Thereafter, when necessary, mortar (m) is applied on the outside lath mash of the wall structure BB to make an external wall. In this way, the lath mesh is fixed to the mortar by the fitting member and the foamed plastic board of the wall structure BB is prevented from breaking at the peripheral side of the lath and the mortar can be stuck well.

    • PURPOSE: To obtain a mold for a concrete product low in the adhesiveness with concrete, improving the releasability of the concrete product even if a release agent is not used and capable of easily demolding the concrete product without generating a crack or damage though formed into an integral box shape and having the embossed patterns corresponding to the surface patterns of the concrete product. CONSTITUTION: A mold A formed into an upwardly opened box shape and having the embossed patterns 3 corresponding to the surface patterns of a concrete product or a tile fitting recessed part formed to at least one inner surface thereof is molded by in-mold beads foam molding using a polyolefinic resin. Crevices 6, 6 reaching the vicinity of the bottom part 1 of the mold from the opening edge part thereof are opposedly formed to the mutually opposed side wall parts 2a, 2b of the mold and the groove 8 extending from one side end of the bottom part to the other side end thereof is formed to the rear surface of the bottom part at the corresponding position with the crevices 6, 6 to easily perform the opening operation of the opening part 5 of the mold.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain the wall body, which can secure the heat insulating property and cope with the dew condensation and secure the self-support and reduce the number of man-hour and securely fix a lath net so as to stop the movement thereof and which enables the execution of a thin wall and to which mortar is adhered at an even thickness so as to eliminate the finish coating, at a low cost by strongly unifying a foaming resin plate and a lath net, and adhering the wall material to the lath net. CONSTITUTION:A lath net 20 is fused for direct fixation to at least one side surface of a foaming resin plate 10 by heating, and the wall material (m) is adhered to the lath net 20, and formed into the predetermined shape. A reinforcing member of a lath body, in which a reinforcing member is fixed to one side surface of the lath net 20, is fitted in a recessed part formed in one side surface of the lath net 20 by thermal fusion, and the wall material (m) is adhered to the lath net 20, and formed into the predetermined shape. A surface member is attached to the surface of the wall material. The manufacturing process is formed of the thermal fusion for fixation process for heating the lath net 20 or the lath body 120 so as to fuse and fix it to the foaming resin plate 10 and the wall material (m) adhering process for adhering the wall material to the lath net 20, and in the wall material adhering process, the wall material (m) is filled in a die and pushed to the lath net 20, an thereafter, the die is removed.
