SOLUTION: This electrode mix is so formed that, after solvent or dilute solution of vinylidene fluoride copolymer is impregnated into, at least, a powdered conductive material in a powdered electrode material beforehand, the powdered electrode material containing a powdered electrode main material and the powdered conductive material, and electrode mix composed of the vinylidene fluoride copolymer and the solvent are mixed to the residual components including the main part of the vinylidene fluoride copolymer.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gel solid electrolyte which has an excellent heat resistant characteristic and has high ion conductivity by using a vinylidene fluoride copolymer containing a vinylidene fluoride monomer and a vinylidene chloride trifluoride monomer of a specific rate as a high polymer matrix. SOLUTION: A copolymer is composed of a vinylidene fluoride monomer of 50 to 97 mole % and a vinylidene chloride trifluoride monomer not less than 0.1 mole %. When necessary, it can also be formed as a copolymer containing a fluorine containing monomer excellently copolymerized with vinylidene fluoride such as ethylene monofluoride, ethylene trifluoride and propylene hexafluoride. A nonaqueous electrolyte is desirtably impregnated into a high polymer matrix, and for example, a material by dissolving 5 to 30 pts.wt. of an electrolyte such as LiPF6 , LiAsF6 and LiClO4 in 100 pts.wt. of a nonaqueous solvent such as propylene carbonate and ethylene carbonate, can be used. It is suitable for forming a nonaqueous battery, particularly, a lithium ion battery.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a carbon material of a large electrostatic capacity per volume, by providing specific surface area and average layer face interval with a specified value, respectively. SOLUTION: The specific surface area of a carbon material obtained by Bet method of nitrogen adsorption is 800 m /g or more and 2000 m /g or less and a mean layer face interval thereof obtained by X ray diffraction method is 0.36 nm or less. The carbon material is used as powder and its average grain diameter is 5 μm or more and 100 μm or less. The carbon material is manufactured by adding 2 or 3 cyclic aromatic compound whose boiling point is 200 deg.C or higher or a mixture thereof as additive to pitch such as petroleum pitch and coal pitch and heating and mixing it, and thereafter, it is molded and a pitch molded item is obtained. Then, additive is extracted from a pitch molded item by solvent with low solubility to pitch and high solubility to additive, the obtained porous pitch is oxidized by using oxidizer, the obtained porous pitch which is insoluble to heat is subjected to activation treatment and activated carbon-like carbon material is obtained.
